I had a very little wait time for starters, which I so appreciated. The doctor I chatted with listened, asked for a picture and then asked if I was ok with what he wanted to prescribe. This is the second time I’ve seen a doctor for this, so I knew his prescription was just what I needed. He was kind via our chats and I had a confirmation from my pharmacy within 15 minutes.

Simple and easy to use. The process was very smooth and efficient. Nothing feels better than being able to speak with a physician from the comfort of your home.

I indicated the exact (low risk, non restricted) medicine I needed prior to paying (which is also sold in lower doses OTC albeit with painkillers I don't want). I then paid 50 dollars only to be immediately told they don't prescribe that medication. If you know you do not prescribe a certain medicine, it seems like theft or a lie to allow somebody to pay for a consultation only to be immediately turned down.

Was charged $68 to be told to go find in-person primary care. They don't offer any of the simplest primary care services such as the most basic prescription management. Their policies are structured to infuriate and fleece patients with egregious prices and convoluted requirements.
Skip the app and schedule in-person care: you'll have to do it anyway and it'll be cheaper. Don't fund this venture capital scam product.

awful, they charged me 45 dollars to tell me they couldn't help me, and refused to give my money back, lol.

This app is a scam…only once(maybe twice) have I been properly treated and prescribed medications…the other times they tell me to see an in Person physician, go to the er, or tell me how to manage symptoms…today specifically I attempted to receive proper treatment for an upper respiratory infection that is bacterial( I know this bc everyone in my house has it, was prescribed antibiotics, and are almost back to normal)…I was told my symptoms did not warrant antibiotics and the infection was viral 😒even after I told the lady about the household sickness…she prescribed me cough medicine…KHealth is the biggest joke and waste of money…I’ve wasted $73 too many times…never again..don’t use this app…I will tell everyone not to use this app.

This company just wants money! I waited over 6 hours on a call back and had to go er due this company not wanting to do there job .site states 24/7 well that’s a lie , only thing this company did was take my money without talking with someone about my sickness . I will never use again and will tell other about my experience

I have had KHealth since 2022. I think they are great! The doctors seem very professional and knowledgeable. Their pharmacy is very reasonable! I’m so glad I decided to go with them.

Wonderful and fast care! I didn’t need to take time off work to receive the care I needed! Prescription was sent to the pharmacy right away! Will definitely use this service again if needed.

The response time was incredibly quick. The doctor was very friendly, understood what I needed, and was very quick to help me. This was a really easy service to use and exactly what I needed at the time.

Very easy to setup up a virtual visit. Was able to get script and follow up info.

The prompts were accurate and fast, at first I could not login but when I finally did everything went smoothly. The doctor asked appropriate questions and was thorough.

Decided to try K Health for annual ... discussion, lab tests etc. Super convenient, easy to use app and really liked the doctor. They updated my prescription at my pharmacy of choice, ordered the lab work at my lab of choice and attached helpful info right in the chat. I plan to continue with this service.

I felt like I could have been given the correct medications and I wasn’t

The point for using a Telehealth app for acute care is to circumvent going in to see a doctor in person. I had a severe cough and upper respiratory infection with all the symptoms and NY doctor, Oscar Dellinger, refused to prescribe me any treatments. Went to all the process of answering their lengthy questions to only be told I need to see a physician in person. Waste of time and money. Plushcare is better where at least you get a video consultation with a prescription.

I used these people once last year for an urgent care visit. I was having a panic attack, which I tend to have, and needed to be calmed down by someone who knew what they were doing. The visit costed 50 dollars or so.

Three months later, they bill me 150 dollars. And every 3 months after that they've continued to bill me 150 dollars without me noticing, for a total of 5 times. Are you serious? I didn't sign up for anything like that, this was a single urgent care visit. I deleted the app right after and I haven't used them once since.

Don't let these people take your money, steer clear of this company whose M.O. seems to be to take from people when they're down.

They took care of me within an hour, and I got what I needed to get well thank you

The process was very user friendly and the doctor was very helpful and was able to get me the medicine I needed immediatly to treat an ongoing infection on a Sunday. I am doing much better.
