Absolutely love Karen and she does the most amazing job on my lashes, they always look so natural! The lashes are so light you can’t feel they are there, I love them! Always get compliments on them. I also get my eyebrows shaped by Karen to complete the super ‘ready to go’ look and they always looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Sometimes this can happen in production not often thank goodness!!! But we do need your feedback to tell us when something isn't quite up to our usual high quality standards!!! I have popped a couple of packs in the post FOC & once again so sorry for any stress and inconvenience this has caused you xx
