We couldn’t talk about KGK Cleaners without talking about our main founder. KGK Cleaners have emerged through a long trajectory of work from one of its main fouder and director Kaka. Her work in the cleaning industry started in a hotel as a chambermaid, she managed to take care of more than 30 rooms in one day due to her great commitment. She was promoted to work in a 5 star hotel in Victoria soon after where she could work more calmly and so devoting herself to the details which was what she liked to do. While working in the hotel industry she did some extra work cleaning offices, houses and commercial shops where she added a lot to her experience. Soon after this she left the 5 star hotel cleaning to start a family with her new husband whom owned a property management business. After this even though she was happy working in the new company she never forgot the cleaning business she always wanted to do. She has since dedicated herself to KGK Cleaners along side with her husband to make this the best cleaning company in the UK and soon other countries. KGK Cleaners is a company where she can dedicate herself doing the best for customers with more innovative ideas and quality service. All KGK Cleaners customers are visited monthly where the quality of the service provided is checked. You are valued as a customer in the first place, Kaka makes sure she makes many of these visits personally where she sees the needs of each customer closely and make sure our highly trained cleaners give their best in each clean as if it were their own home or business.

Outstanding cleaners and admin team
The cleaners are absolutely excellent and very thorough. Their management and admin team are very responsive and work very flexibly around requests for date changes, cleaning breaks and preference for cleaners. I am so impressed and would recommend this company to anybody.

Always a great service!
Have used KGK for about a year now for ironing and cleaning. Always a great service, the cleaners are friendly and professional. On my most recent clean, I did not book enough time (my own fault) but the cleaner managed to do my ironing and clean the flat to a good standard with very limited time, which I was super impressed with. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you!

Mrs Sima, here at KGK Cleaners we strive to provide the best cleaning service possible. As explained to you over the phone and by email, you wanted the cleaner to do a 7 hours cleaning (as our website suggested) in 4 hours that you actually booked. On top of that upon the cleaner's arrival you instructed her to do things that were actually deep clean instead of the regular cleaning booked. You can clearly see what is a deep clean and what is a regular clean on our website. We sent you an email after the cleaning explaining this to you and saying that we would happily do the deep clean you required but had no response from you. Your complaint that the cleaner didn't know how to use your vacuum cleaner makes no sence. She kindly pointed out to you that she could not use all the accessories of the vacuum cleaner because it wasn't working properly, you even tried to fix it yourself but you couldn't the cleaner then had to use the handheld function to do the vacuuming in order to complete the work. The cleaner is there to clean and for regular cleaning a vaccum cleaner in a good working order plus a mop/bucket must be provided as explained in our terms and conditions. There are many types of vacuum cleaners out there it can happen that a cleaner will have a question to how to use an equipment if you saw that the vaccum cleaner was not being used correctly as you are claiming you could have explained it to the cleaner. You should have more empathy for the cleaners who come to work in your house they are honest and hard working people that are always doing their best to complete the work required.
We are a family business and our aim is always to provide the best service possible to our customers. We have a lot of happy customers whom use ours services again and again whether on a weekly, fortnight or monthly basis.

I have been using this company for 7 months now and I am very happy. The cleaning ladies are always punctual and the company is always very present with the customer. They clean my house very well and they love children and pets which is very important to me since I have my little one at home as well as her pets
