We have revised our policy so that when this occurs in future it is escalated to the customer service team manager.

Glad to hear that delivery was quick!
The cost of the devices is determined by the callout, cost of the device and the number of devices that's reasonable to order based on the size of your complex. Since your property is in Frankston and has 6 units, the cost for a qualified technician to attend the property and program a couple of remotes is expensive.

The entire process for the extra key took quite a while. Multiple days were necessary to get all the approvals as the tools aren't very user-friendly. If you use this service, definitely expect a couple of weeks for end-to-end process

To clarify, your order was for fobs not for keys. We had stock on backorder from the supplier when you ordered and unfortunately due to delays on their end we were waiting on delivery for quite some time. As soon as we received them in our warehouse we express couriered them to you.

Your remote was ridiculously expensive! And having to pay the "admin fee" is just outrageous and probably not legal!

Hi Marina,
The remote was $115 inclusive of the device, programming, shipping and GST which is the reasonable cost of devices of this type.
The admin fee of $60 is an agreed charge between your owners corporation and the OC management company for processing access device orders which we are on-charging.
We can appreciate your frustration, however if you have questions or concerns about this, the best person to speak with is your OC Manager.

Terrible service
No acknowledgment of order, but money was taken out two days later. 3 weeks later no key or fob received. Called and was told delay in getting the key cut. A week later and still no response. Had to seek assistance of Owners Corp mgr in following up. Goods finally received. Todate no receipt or follow up from Keyzee

Sorry to hear about your poor experience. We were in the middle of onboarding your property from the OC and still in the process of getting information when you placed your order. Due to the delays and lapses from multiple parties in receiving this information your order fell through the cracks.

Horrific customer service and trying to coerce a customer into paying additional fees for no service.
Particularly Avraham, just pathetic attempt at trying to squeeze money out of me for something that was his and Keyzee’s mistake.

Hi Ross,
We can understand your frustration, however we were unaware that your building has fobs that open your private apartment. We do not hold fobs for private apartments.
In order to activate it we need to send the security company to your property to activate it which is what we have to oncharge to you. We also offered you a full refund if you didn't want that option.
We are in the process of trying to achieve a more cost effective result with your OCM than having to send someone out for your door.
