Great experience
A very thorough, professional & friendly service. Call handler was very helpful. Clearly explained charges. And that they’d call 10 mins ahead of the technician arriving, which they did. The technician (Sabin) arrived on time as arranged.
I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing.
I would definitely use again.

Efficient competent service from…
Efficient competent service from keytek- could have come same day but that was a bit more expensive. They replaced my front door yale lock that had stuck in the locked position. Arrived in the time frame they stated and work done within the quoted price, not the cheapest but still reasonable. However that quoted price didnt include VAT.

Phoned the company at 8.15 am locksmith arrived at 11.00 am Looked at the door advised the issue in ten minutes, showed the damage part also had the part in the van then fitted the part left 30 minutes after arrival. All good. Thank you

We returned home to a worrying metallic sound as we closed the front door…
We returned home to a worrying metallic crunch from our front door lock—luckily, it failed in the open position. With visions of a disrupted weekend, we called Lockrite, and within 20 minutes, Richard arrived and saved the day. He quickly replaced damaged parts, and the door now works better than new—polite, experienced, and highly professional—excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Lockright again and highly recommend them.

Keytek were extremely quick to organise a next day locksmith appointment for my vehicles. Unfortunately the locksmith ultimately was not able to complete the work. Keytek promptly refunded all monies and I was very pleased with their customer service in the situation. You often find more out about a company when something goes wrong.
