I ordered couch covers from this company in September last year and still haven't received the goods. Sent a couple of emails to follow up and initially got a reply saying my goods had been dispatched, that was in November, I followed up again, received a reply in April 2020 and haven't heard from them since.

Don't buy from this outfit, they're a fraud and have no doubt made millions from us. FB should take them off their site, that's where I was introduced to them.

I ordered from this website September 2019. Still have not received my order. Quick to take my money (over 100$) but not so quick to reply to any email I sent or any phone call I made.
Please do not make the same mistake I did. Do not order from This website!!!

Still waiting for my mask for more than 5 month. I think they will need it themselves, because it seems that they have lost their faces.

I would give 0 stars. I ordered 2 masks march 13th almost 3 months later I recieved the package. I Emailed them over 10 15 times. Auto reply. no customer service number that works. They are made and sent from china. This is the worst site I've ever ordered from. And please believe me you don't want to go through this either. Again this is the worst site I've ever ordered from since the internet started. 0 stars.

This company are a disgrace. I purchased $180 worth of masks and they took 3 months to arrive. When they arrived, the quality was appalling (OyxBreath Pro). They are cheap quality and can put you at more risk of contracting COVID than cheaper cloth masks you can find in many stores. All across their website they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee, for any reason, but when I wrote to them to return my masks, this is the response I got...”Please note that certain products are not eligible for a refund and return for hygienic reasons. These items include Hats, headbands, socks, wraps, masks, swimwear and bras & liquids, food-related, health & personal care items.”.... NOWHERE on the their website do they state this. This company and their products are a joke. Do not buy from them.

If i could give this company 0 stars I would!!!! You all should be out out of business complete FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Ever Service!
I have been waiting for very expensive (covid) masks to arrive via mail since I placed my order the beginning of March 2020. I have repeatedly inquired and repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail. WORST EVER!

Ordered masks and filters April 7. Numerous attempts to contact since shipping couldn’t be tracked. On 70th and 71st day made attempts for refunds with copy of their “guarantee” language. Filed claim with credit card company and received refund.

Save time and go with product you can see.

After a 2 1/2 month wait My husband got his mask and I am still waiting on the rest of my order very bad company to go through I don't recommend them at all

Still waiting for my order (nearly 2 months). Maybe I will get the mask when the pandemic is over.

I will join the crowd in saying this company is a fraud. I ordered about two months ago and no mask, I could be out $59 with this fake company. 86% negative reviews which unfortunately I did not look over. Buyers be ware! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it. You’ll get the run around about COVID-19 excuse from Ms. Lawson. I am reporting to the Federal Trade Commissioner, BBB, plus Pay PAL. They think because they are in China they can get away with it.
This is not appreciated.

Ordered mask and extra filters back in February. Received them today 6/19/2020. The website said made and shipped in AMERICA. They were made and shipped from China. Will bever order anything from this place again. When eve I would email I keep getting the same response they will be there shortly. . .

This company is a fraud. I order my items and never received it but they were quick to take my money. Its been over 2 months I e-mailed them 4 time and no reply back. Its a bullsh*% and bogus company don't trust it or waste your money. I had to give it a star so I can write this review, if not they would of gotten no stars. 👎👎

I never recieved my order. I ordered face masks on May 5, 2020. It is June 18, 2020 and no mask. I called and they told me it stuck in shipping. This is too long. I ask for a refund or a replacement. Now they refuse to help me. I am taking this up with credit card company.

I want to help smaller companies, but after this I will stick to Amazon.

I ordered masks in March and still have not recieved them. This is a scam and only one person answers the site, shannon Lawson and they are full of it. I have been told the product was sent in 6 days and is in transit. From the space station or what? Do not order from this company there are hundreds other companies with better quality price and time to ship.

This is a scam company. I ordered masks at a very inflated rate. 2 months later I received part of the order. The company has stopped responding to my request to refund the remaining parts.

I ordered from this company back in March 2020....it’s now June and I just got my orders. It took a total of 55 days from the date it was shipped to get to me. The site said US orders are about 25 days for delivery but the product comes from China not USA. Shannon was very responsive to my order status every time I emailed for an update. I give 3 stars because of the false advertising of the actual shipping time.

I would like to put everyone on notice that this company is fraudulent. I ordered mask from them and never received them. Now I am getting the run around, they don't want to send me a mask nor return my money. The customer service sucks! I keep telling their representative Shannon that I have never received the mask and she responded as if I am lying, and she responded with a date and time of delivery. So I check my front door camera and there was no delivery to my house that entire day. Don't spend a dime with this company, run while you still have a chance. Next stop BBB. After checking the BBB there is no record of this company, so my conclusion is that they are not an American company and they are a scam. Buy American people, if you can't find the company on the BBB website, spend your money with a company that shows up.

If it was possible, I wouldn't give them any stars. I ordered my mask in March. I chose the buy one, get one free. After checking out, I received an email saying that the mask could take up to 35 days to arrive. After a day, I emailed them to let them know that I wanted to cancel the order. Who wants to wait a whole month for a mask? Well, it's June now, and still, no mask. They debited my credit card for the total amount of buying 2 mask, instead of the buy 1, 1 free offer. My bank has told me to file a claim for fraud, and to also speak to the Attorney General in my state. This lady tells me that they can't refund my money. I'm not having that. They will be reported to the BBB. Wire fraud is a federal offense. It's a shame that people are taking advantage of bad situations. I would never refer anyone to this company. Ever!
