I ordered a rug in Sept 2020. I'm still waiting for it. No response to my emails. Don't order from here.

Stay away from this company. Haven't received order from December. I'm in the process of disputing. Looked like a good product but never arrived. I tried to call but no customer service. Lesson learned.

LIke everyone else on this list I to feel scammed by KeyParents I to should have read the reviews and mow put it down as a lesson well learned. Like others I would also prefer to give no stars. My how some of the others have been patient with this company, I have waited only a month and a half. I quite seriously wonder if the positive reviews are real. Correspondence is poor; I asked for my money back only to receive an e-mail that my order had been dispatched, I received a tracking number that did not work in their system. Where will it end.

Stay away from this company. They gave me a bogus tracking number and I haven’t received my order that I ordered in November 2020. I filed a claim with my credit card and hopefully will get my money back.

This is a fraudulent company and I have reported this site and have my credit card looking into it to refund my money since they ghosted me when I demanded a refund for an item I did not buy. They falsely advertise and then do a bait and switch. I ordered a transforming Optimus Prime remote control toy but got a little Optimus Prime figure. Do NOT order from this company. Hopefully soon it will be taken down. Everyone who was scammed should report it! Just google USA government stop scams and frauds to know where to report. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing! I thought it was an American company. It is not! It took them 5 and half weeks to mail the tiny toy from China!! Be warned that it is a scam! Notice they don’t even respond to 87% or more of negative reviews on here! And yes Shannon Lawson is a bot! Be careful!!

Purchased Table of Elements as a Christmas gift.
Arrived Jan.21,2021. Total sham. Item was described as having actual elements incased. Turns out to be a piece of acrylic with stickers on the back. So disappointed.

I ordered what they described as #1 Anti-Mud Mat - Winner Best Home Accessory. I was scammed! It's a chunk of thin, cheap carpet fraying in the bag. It took over a month to get here from a NY address. I would be better to throw paper towels on my floor.
Junk....total junk!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! What I ordered and what I received were not the same. I ordered "Periodic Table Display with Elements" and they sent me one WITHOUT any elements - just little pictures of them. This was purchased as a present for my son and I ordered it more than a month before Christmas and got it a month after Christmas. Very disappointing. STAY AWAY FROM KEYPARENTS.COM

If I can give zero star ...I would. I ordered a robot with automorph remote control but what I got is a cheap model of robot that can't even transform into truck and keep falling apart when being played also missing part when it arrived. And no refund.This company is SCAM... PLEASE AVOID.

Please don’t buy anything from here. They are spam. I ordered a automorph remote controlled toy, but I received a very cheap action figure after over a month with no remote control, instead just a plain figure.

Ordered space fillers in September. Wrote many times to Sharron at H&P to be told the same thing, sorry will look into it. I have come to the conclusion this is a rogue company if a company at all.

Horrible company!!!! I ordered something as Christmas present and now where on the website did it say they would take 2-7 days to process the order and another 10-25 business days to ship. I won’t get stupid thing till months after Christmas. They explain this in the confirmation email. I immediately sent an email asking for a refund. Several days later I received an email saying they could not refund it as the order already processed. How is that even possible. Don’t order from this garbage company!!

The quality of my ordered items were very good. I will probably order again. :)

It's worth the wait!
I understand that due to the covid process and orders have slowed down but it's worth the wait!! I love the product I ordered, I never doubt the quality!

They definitely deserve 0 stars. I ordered two slipcovers from keyparents.com which never arrived. I emailed the company and they reassured me they were on the way. After awhile they even told me they re-shipped the product. Still...never arrived. After 8 months of consistent emailing they finally stopped returning my emails! I tried their phone but their phone number leads to basically nowhere. TOTAL SCAM.

If I could, I would give a 0!
I ordered a spice organizer on 9/24/20.
Two days after making the online order, someone used my credit card info for some purchases. That was a mess to get straightened out.
It is now 11/4/20 and I still DO NOT have what I ordered!
I really have my doubts that this is a legitimate company, if it actually is real, they are a HORRIBLE COMPANY! I will never, ever order from them again, that’s for sure! 😡

I ordered a spice rack from them. It took a month before they processed the order, even though they took my money. I have had good email response but they have not answered my particular questions, i.e. How has it taken a month for you to process my order, and Where are you based, where is the item coming from? The spice rack arrived today but was bent and is so flimsy. I paid £30 for a flimsy bit of plastic - I am so stupid and gullible. Also it said it was a pack of 2 and there was only one. I checked on their website and they now do not sell it - maybe because it is a heap of junk.

This company is bullcrap! I ordered 8998 dollars worth of sofa covers April 19th 2020 and it is now October 7th and I haven't received anything. I got my money back and somehow they have managed to retake the money off my card again! Do not order from this company at all! They are truly frauds!
