Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. No matter how many times I have emailed requesting their return address for my product, I repeatedly get the same copy and paste response. I have had this EXACT response 6 times so far, despite asking them different questions and repeatedly requesting the address. I would never deal with this company again, and would advise anyone considering it to stay well clear
"Dear Customer:
If there is a quality issue, please provide video evidence showing the problem. If you wish to return the item and receive a refund due to personal dissatisfaction, please note the following:
1. Order cancellations not due to quality issues will incur a 15% handling fee, and we will not provide return labels.
2. Our return address differs from the address on the package. We only accept the return address we provide. If you return the package to a different address, we will be unable to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return items without our consent.
3. You will need to ship the product back to Hong Kong and will be responsible for return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and import taxes.
4. We recommend declaring the lowest possible customs value to avoid high taxes. Customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you and will be deducted from your refund.
5. We are not responsible if the package is lost in transit or returned for other reasons (such as customs detention).
Returning items is indeed troublesome and detrimental to both parties. We can offer you a 20% order compensation in the hope that you will keep the product and not request a return."
