Bought a guitar and amp jack lead from this company online, was referred through TopCashback. This was the only reason I bought from them because the prices with them were the exact same (if not a few quid more expensive), but I was glad I would receive a bit of cash back. The amp jack lead arrived faulty, for which I emailed and got no response and then when the purchase was complete - they also declined the cash back even though TopCashback could clearly demonstrate the referral. Really leaves a bad taste after what was an over 300 quid purchase - will never purchase from again.

Our Yamaha keyboard started sounding tinny a few months after purchase, so I contacted the company. After an initial suggestion to do factory reset, they have now completely ghosted me (I’ve chased a few times).

100% the best customer service I have had anywhere. I ordered a guitar and had issues with DHL delivering it. Drew from Kenny's Music kept in contact the whole time and eventually I received it. Once it arrived it wasn't quite right and so I send it back to Kenny's Music for them to fix. Once I got it back it was fantastic. Drew was always there to help, make sure I was happy and didn't stop until I was. It's the best customer service I have had ever. High praise, I will definitely be ordering from this company again and would highly recommend to others!!! Thanks again Drew and Kenny's Music. I have an awesome guitar that plays great.

Purchased a new Clavinova from Kenny's Music and despite delivery being handled by a totally separate company, Drew kept me up to date almost every day on the current status of my order. Really top-notch customer service and it was super-appreciated.

I've bought two things from Kenny's an amp and a Strat. Both at a great price and free delivery. With the latest, the Strat, it came with a badly seated fret. Very hard to notice but I somehow got the first string caught in it. Anyway, I asked Kenny's to sort it and that's exactly what they did in a a very professional way. Liaising with Ross and Drew they got it sorted and I've now got a brilliant guitar. Well set up and ready to gig. I'm relatively new to Kenny's but if the price is right they're my first choice now. After sales service is the most important thing and on my experience they've been brilliant. Keeping me informed at every step. Good job guys.

Purchased a pedal from Kenny's and it started to fail after a few days.

Perfect piano, superb personal service, considerate and helpful advice… I am hugely relieved I chose to buy my new piano from Kenny’s Music in Glasgow. This is (has to be!) my old age piano, and surely my last (of many, my first was in 1958): I will be 88 next week. But a first as in a digital piano: Ali was wonderful, with unfailing help, reassurance and advice. The actual delivery was a delight, the piano assembled in breathtaking record time by two cheerful, friendly engineers (piano engineers?). My husband and I could only watch in awe as from a cardboard box, after a whirr and flurry of drilling and hammering…suddenly a full-size, real-life, gleaming piano was revealed. Magic. Playing it is divine.

I knew i wanted an acoustic guitar so chatted to Drew online as I really wasn't sure exactly what would be best for me. Drew was very helpful in guiding me and suggesting some options. I then visited the Glasgow store. Staff there were also very helpful and guided me towards a few guitars based on what I wanted. I was able to try these out and make my choice from there. Would definitely use Kenny's Music again

I went down to their shop on Jamaica St, for several items. The shutters were halfway up, they were still closed. It said on the door 'Open at 10am'. So I decided to come back later. It was ten past 10 when I arrived back. The staff just looked up at me, door still locked, before carrying on with what they were doing. If this is the way they do business, then I will NOT be back, again!

I recently visited Kenny’s Music in Glasgow with my son to buy his first acoustic guitar, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were welcomed by Ali Anderson, the Commercial Sales Manager, who was absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked in.

Ali was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient – taking the time to walk us through a range of acoustic guitars. He encouraged my son to hold and try different models to see what felt right, offering honest advice without any sales pressure whatsoever. It was refreshing to deal with someone who clearly knows their stuff but doesn’t overcomplicate things or push for a sale.

Ali explained everything in a relaxed, down-to-earth manner that put us both at ease. His guidance helped my son feel confident in making a choice, and it made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable.

If you’re new to guitars or buying one for someone else, I’d highly recommend popping in and asking for Ali – he really goes above and beyond. Great shop, brilliant vibe, and staff who genuinely care

If you're looking for a music shop either online or in store, stop looking. Just go to Kenny's. Seriously. Over the last year, I've bought everything from an electronic drum kit, a mixer, cables, and guitar pedals from them. Not only are their deals fantastic, but the people there are legends. They keep you in the loop the whole time, from ordering to delivery, and they're always so friendly and quick to respond. Kenny's has 100% earned a customer for life. Easily the best I've ever dealt with.

Just bought an Ibanez SB300E bass from Kenny's Music. I know these bass guitars so knew what it should be like. I had a few questions about it I had to ask before buying it. Drew was great, sent me photos of it and it got a good look over. Sent by Fed Ex so got it next day. My first time buying from Kenny's Music and I'm impressed. Happily recommended. Thanks Drew.
