Kelvin Wardrobes Omdömen 

I placed my order on 19/12 and almost one month later, I still don't have my package. Additionally, I paid 1/3 of my order on shipping. It's only two small door handle adapters, why was the shipping so expensive and slow?!

I wanted drawers to match my Kelvin wardrobe. Even though they no longer use my current wood choice Catherine managed to get some ordered so that my wish could be granted. Excellent commitment and communication and I know the product is first class quality. Thank you Catherine :)

Staff willingly helped me with identification of correct replacement hinge, before I ordered. Delivery was a bit slow. (Christmas post didn’t help of course.) Also, delivery quite expensive for a small part. However, it was correct part and easy enough to fit it. Thanks for service.

Excellent customer service. When my item didn’t arrive, and with no word from the courier, they investigated quickly, agreed that the courier were at fault, refunded the delivery charges and arranged for my item plus a spare to be delivered free of further charge. I wish more companies could be so professional in all areas.

Excellent workman, the wardrobes look fantastic, It really looks the money.

I ordered parts to rebuild units which were damaged by a leaking loo.
The original bathroom was installed in 2004, and was in such good nick that we didn’t need to replace the whole thing.
The new units were EXACTLY the same shade of white as the old ones: 21 years later! They have not yellowed or split at all. These units are very well made and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The photos on the Web site were exact and the product did the job needed. Prompt delivery. Good value price.
