New All Bran is absolutely terrible .. had one mouthful and the whole packet went straight in the bin. I certainly won't be buying it again.

The new 'recipe' is actually a totally new product. The mouthfeel is terrible. Bran pieces are too long and don't absorb the milk quickly. The taste has also materially changed. As a very long time user (30 plus years) Kellogs have completely misunderstood that long time heavy users do not want or need a change to what was a much liked product. I wrote to Kellog's twice to receive unsatisfactory AI generated response. I will be looking for an alternative. My recommendation to Kellogs. Reintroduce the old formula. Kellogs have made a rookie marketing error (like Coke did many years ago and they ultimately swtitched back)

A terrible new version for all the reasons stated in other comments. We wrote to a senior member of staff at UK Kelloggs and got back a response from someone clearly in another dept who just used their christian name and no job title. It did not do anything other than than try to brush us off. We have now written to the MD and so far no response. Our suggestion concluded that they bring back a version of All Bran called Original All Bran which could sit alongside this truly awful new version. They clearly did not conduct research ion the UK. I'm going to try the Marks & Spencer version that someone has mentioned. Either way, we shall not be buying this new version of AB again. What a loss.

New All Bran irresistibly crunchy is awful. Please change it back or you have lost a generation of customers

Just bought some all bran, that I regularly buy and have for 40 years, how disappointing, I will not be buying them again and this box will be going in the bin, and I will be going to a different brand, not a great way to be treating loyal customers, I imagine it is to do with profits and greed because it certainly isn’t to do with taste or quality of product 🤢🤮😟

I would give it zero if I could. I doubt they tested this production revision on a single regular buyer of the old all bran. Has the product development team been replaced by AI robots? If not I would fire the humans. The strands taste like they have been coated with malted glue. If you soak them in milk overnight they retain their structure and mouth feel is like chewing soggy rubber bands - just disgusting. All this to avoid complaints of dust in the bottom of the packet? Totally bonkers.

Awful and unfortunately bought 2 boxes not realising it was a new recipe. Reminds me if the cheaper versions. It doesn’t breakdown when milk/water is added and taste is not the same in fact there’s not much taste at all, just goes slimy will not be buying again.

Tried Kellogg all bran as I used to have them as a kid and I am disappointed at how they have changed. The taste is nowhere near the same it’s tasteless, they don’t go mushy anymore. Won’t be buying again

My goodness, what on earth have Kellogg's done to All Bran??? It's completely ruined. I have had to throw a packet away and couldn't finish my first bowl of it - in the bin it went. It tastes of nothing. It's like eating pieces of cardboard. Revolting. I won't ever buy it again - and I've been buying it for years. Boo to you, Kellogg's.

Because the new version does not absorb milk very well it is still partly dry when it goes into your stomach. I have found that this causes me digestive issues and dehydration. I now use Waitrose Bran Sticks which is more like the original All Bran

Married for 58 years and always had All Bran in our store cupboard….until now. What a disastrous move you’ve made. The new recipe is absolutely rubbish.

What have they done to All bran? Just ruined it

I bought all bran the other day and thought i would tuck in to some as my evening snack and was shocked at the content when i opened it. Its a totally different product. I couldn't eat it and i had to throw it in the bin. It doesn't soak up milk. I feel so sad now. Another good product bites the dust. Thanks a bunch.

The new crispy texture has resulted in very poor product. There is now virtually no flavour, it's like eating twigs. The milk is not soaked up like before and the cereal just floats on top. I can't see how making it crunchy reduces food waste, that's just nonsense. A classic case of trying to be clever and getting it all wrong.

I phoned customer services that provided no real solution.

I also had to phone four times.

As we all know the new Kellogg’s all bran is only fit for the bin. It’s un eatable, my chickens would not even eat it, it’s that bad. I have been eating all bran for over 50 years and was shocked at how bad the new stuff was. I had to bin the hole box and could not even finish my first and last bowl of it. Anyway all is not lost the M&S own brand is almost identical to the old Kellogg’s recipe. I am eating it as I write this. I am a happy bunny now.

I I poured out my favorite bran cereal, left it to soak the milk and came back to eat. On coming back to eat I saw these small worm-like stringy things in my bowl and not the porridge like All Bran I wanted. Then I ate it and the disappointment was such that I checked the box to see if it had expired – No, it was in date. On a whim, I checked to see if the recipe had changed and yes, it has “To hold their shape better in milk”.

This is horrible. I’ll finish the box by mixing All Bran with other cereals but that is my 55-year love affair with Kellogg's All Bran over and done with.

I wonder if Kellogg’s asked habitual consumers of All Bran before making this change.

I am throwing away my new packet of All-bran. I disliked the first mouthful and then checked the box to see that there is a new recipe. The new recipe All-bran has a strange tangy taste and is too crunchy. It’s a shame as I was on (another!) resolution to eat more fibre!
