Stuart and his team at Buntingford branch were excellent throughout our sale. We were faced with numerous unnecessary twists down our chain with very little information forthcoming from agents or solicitors. Were it not for our Keith Ian agents determination to get answers and keep us informed at every turn we would have been completely in the dark. Right from the start, Keith Ian were professional and efficient while selling our house. Photographs were taken and the house put on the market. The house sold very quickly but unfortunately there were issues with our properties in the chain. Charlene and Luke at Cheshunt branch looked after the sale extremely efficiently and we need to say that Charlene went "above and beyond" when it came to getting the house over the final hurdles through to exchange and completion.
Couldn't ask for better from her and Luke at Cheshunt and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith Ian at Cheshunt and Charlene in particular to sell your house.
