I received my lash serum as requested. It was well packaged.
This is my first time using eye lash serum. Wand applicator is about the size of a standard mascara .
It's box looked sleek, but the instructions were printed small and compact, to fit on the box, and I found it difficult to read. The wand itself made of sturdy plastic. This is why I wish you sold refills. This wand could last a long time.

Great first time order
I ordered my first shade of Kehyla Beauty eyeliner about a month ago. It arrived quickly and although the outside temperatures were in the 90s, it was packed well and did not melt. The color, Alondra, is a beautiful purplish color that brings out the green in my hazel eyes. The application lasts all day. It stays put once I apply it and don’t have to touch up. It is also gently to my dry eyes and non-irritating. I look forward to trying other products soon!

Overpriced & Poor Quality.
I ordered an eyeliner. The end broke off almost immediately. No sharpener was included but cheaper brands include one. I have now bought a cheaper brand which was less than half of the £22 I paid for Kehyla and it has a sharpener in the box. Kehyla doesn’t wear well, it all smudged and half came off within a few hours. It’s double the price than most equivalents and half the quality.

I have terrible trouble getting an eye…
I have terrible trouble getting an eye liner that actually stays on.
Kehylas product works very well on my eyes. My only issue with my order was - how long it took for delivery.
When all is said and done I am very happy with the product.
