Great experience!
Good quality throw and reasonably priced.My daughter
will be so pleased with it.
I was very impressed with Nikki in customer service.She was particularly helpful in getting the parcel to me quickly knowing that it was for a present.
Also there was a mix up with the delivery courier but Nikki sorted it and telephoned to tell me what was happening which was very much appreciated.

Brilliant Customer Service
I purchased a couple of beautiful lanterns which were delivered quickly. One of the lanterns had a slight chip in it, so I emailed requesting an exchange. The customer service I received was refreshingly brilliant.There were no issues and an exchange was arranged immediately. Excellent Customer Service
Although the lamps I ordered did not go with my decor and I returned them, the after service was second to non. A courier was sent for the returned items and a full refund within hours. I will definitely be purchasing more from Kayuhome.
