Just had a new Horman garage door fitted. I can’t praise them enough. The whole experience was so easy from start to finish. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great customer service and thoroughly professional. I sent them some photos of the issue with my garage door they came up with a solution and came out pretty quickly (faster than I thought they could which was great) and fitted it. Office staff and installation staff both first class and ever so helpful. First class service - would definitely use again.

We have used Kay's garage doors over the years for repairs and they were always responsive. It was a no brainer when we needed a new garage door. We visited the showroom where we received excellent advice and information which informed our choice. We were always greeted warmly when calling. Booking for measuring and instalation was swift. The garage door arrived within the timescale. Instalation was smooth no fuss no mess you wouldn't know the guys had been. Excellent explanation on how it works oh and it looks amazing. So glad we have this local company on our doorstep. Thanks to everyone. First class service throughout.

From the outset when we received our quote we were taken by the approach and professionalism of anyone we spoke to or communicated with at Kay Garage Doors. The lead in time to have the door fitted was very reasonable and in the end arrived far sooner than we had been advised.
In terms of the installation process, we received excellent workmanship and friendly staff and continued wonderful communication.
As for our door - outstanding and looks great. What an improvement.

From our first enquiry through to a visit to explore options we cannot find fault. Fitting of the door happened a few weeks later and was great, old door removed and extremely professional work. Would highly recommend Kay Garage doors to anyone.

Very pleased with our new Hörmann RollMatic garage door from Kay Garage Doors. From the initial quote through to fitting, everything was handled professionally. The installation was very neat with no mess left behind, and the guys were polite, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

A first class job from the Kay Garage Door guys. Our new doors look amazing and the thoughtfulness to constant housekeeping throughout the day of cleaning and sweeping as the work progressed is very much appreciated showing a high level of pride in the work they undertake. Highly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish. Prompt reply to intial query with quick visit for quote. Install team did a great job and we're happy with our new garage door. Thanks!

Delighted with our new garage door. From the start of the process to the end it went extremely smoothly. We were called a day after submitting our interest, then two lovely, polite guys came out to measure up. After the quote was accepted a date of installation was agreed. The two same men arrived when they said and fitted the new door and took away our old one. No mess and a very quick process. A massive thank you to all involved and we would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Excellent service. The visit for survey and quotation was quick, polite, professional with no pressure at all to decide on the day or other aggressive sales techniques that other companies use. The price was attractive compared to the market and the installation also went extremely smoothly, including ensuring it was Smart Home compatible. Highly recommended company.

Very reasonable price compared to the other companies I had quotes from.

The Team at Kay Garage Doors were fantastic from start to finish. The communication from Scott from the offset was amazing. The team arrived exactly when they said they would (that is a rare thing these days), and were super efficient, friendly and respectful. My garage door is perfect and what a difference from the old squeaky one. We are genuinely delighted with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks so much to all of you

Kay Garage Doors fitted two sectional doors to our double garage. Unfortunately, there was a 'misunderstanding' in ordering that only became obvious after installation. However, Scott and Billy took ownership of the problem and to their considerable credit rectified the problem to our complete satisfaction. The new fitted doors and installation look good and have certainly enhanced our house. I therefore endorse Kay Garage Doors as a totally trustworthy, customer focused and reliable Company supplying a quality product.

I would highly recommend Kay Overhead Doors to anyone that may be looking to either have a new door installation or require immediate attention for repairs on an existing door opportunity. I contacted Kay Doors about an urgent issue that popped up with our garage door that was potentially a safety issue. They responded back quickly and was able to schedule an immediate team of experienced technicians that evaluated the situation, offer multiple options and immediately resolve the problem within a very short period of time. They had all of the required parts in their vehicle which allowed them to quickly jump on the problem and bring it to closure within a very short period of time. They also did the required annual maintenance to the door and closure unit while there and provided further insight on the ongoing maintenance that I also could address in the future to help reduce any further problems. Again, I would highly recommend Kay Overhead Doors to everyone, if you want honest, quick and reasonably priced doors / equipment.
