Misleading sizes
The size of the item (a women's ring) was misadvertised. The product is huge. Entirely unsuitable. Not in keeping with the images nor the description.

As we have advised through our email communication, the Rayna ring that you have ordered is a statement ring which we cannot make in smaller size due to the specifics of the design...
This is the reason that the ring is sold as one-size
It is perfectly understandable that you may not be satisfied with the product, however, we have a very smooth returns process and it is easy to return the item either for a refund or for an exchange with something else
We feel that we have done everything that we could to assist you in this matter and we feel that your rating regarding our service doesn't reflect that. We hope that you could reconsider your rating.

However, it seems that it is inaccurate... You order was shipped on the same day of your order (actually it was shipped in just 29 minutes) and it was delivered in just two days.
We also sent you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details which you can also see here:

There is also proof of delivery
We have not received any email from you reporting any issue with delivery and of course we are here to help if there has been any issue with Royal Mail
