I was happy with my ice bath and cooling machine so far. But after exactly after 12,5 months, my icebath cooler stopped working, so I contacted support about a solution and guarantee.
They say the cooler (I bought EUR. 1000,-- +. with them) is out of guarantee so the don't wanna give any support
a machine like this, needs to work also if it would be 13 months old. Even for years. So besides Europe, also in the UK there is a Consumer Rights Act 2015, where there is a protection of this guarantee rights, that says that a machine like this, reasonable still needs to work for 5-6 years.
So even in a case that there would be a thing like coulance, they are not home. So don't buy a machine / bath here because if you get a problem, they don't help you how law says they should!!

Everything was great, just we have not recieved any instructions how to assemble the barrel or begginer giude, In the box was nothing included.
