But saying that I was extremely displeased with the post cost of ÂŁ60! It was about a 1kg package. Small box of about 30cm x 20 cm. I had it weighed at the post office and it would have cost less than ÂŁ10

Weâre sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery cost. As your order was shipped to the Outer Hebrides, carriage charges are unfortunately higher than standard mainland UK rates due to the additional handling and transport involved. These are set by our couriers rather than ourselves.
All delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase so customers can make an informed decision, and we also offer the option to arrange your own courier collection if preferred.

Far to long for delivery
Products are of good quality but 10 days to receive the order is far to long. There are many sites that deliver in a few days why not ValvesTubesFittings. In the meantime the project has been on hold.

I understand that they insist on payment in advance, which is beneficial for cash flow; however, there are other advance payment methods available, such as BACS, and credit cards are primarily intended for personal use, not for industrial materials.

The tube we ordered has been lost and NOT delivered. The carrier used is USELESS, how do you lose 6 metre lengths of tube?
