Warning: Do not trust this agency under any circumstances.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided during my recent trip arranged by this agency from March 4th to March 12th. I purchased a luxury package that was supposed to include:
- Airline Tickets
- Umrah Visa and Health Insurance
- Transportation (Airport Transfers, Intercity Travel, and Ziyarat Tours)
- 5-Star Hotels in Makkah and Madinah
- Sahur Buffet
- Professional Umrah and Ziyarat Guides
Unfortunately, my experience was very poor and did not meet the standards promised in this luxury package. Originally, the plan was to have three nights in Madinah and four nights in Makkah. However, the itinerary was changed at the very last minute—just one night before departure—to five nights in Makkah and only two nights in Madinah. This abrupt change was not only inconvenient but also poorly communicated.
Additionally, the package failed to deliver the promised services: they did not provide the Umrah Visa and Health Insurance as agreed. Instead, I had to apply for the visa upon arrival at the airport, which cost me an additional $105.28 per person. For six people, this amounted to a total of $631.68.
Moreover, the hotel included in the package was supposed to be within a five-minute walk from the Haram in Makkah, which I explicitly requested due to having a 9-month-old baby and the inability to use shuttles. However, upon arrival at Jeddah Airport, I was transferred to a different hotel that was not within walking distance. The new hotel did not offer the Sahur Buffet, forcing me to pay out of pocket for Sahur meals.
Furthermore, the agency arranged for us to go to the Aisha Mosque at the Miqat for Ihram during our first Umrah. They were aware this was not the correct Miqat for first-time Ihram pilgrims, yet they still directed us there. Due to this, I had to travel to another Miqat, which cost an additional 500 SAR. Instead of the promised five-star hotel in Madinah, we received a two-star hotel, also without Sahur.
I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service during this holy month of Ramadan. The staff repeatedly lied and made false promises, offering flimsy excuses for every change and denying responsibility. Many of these modifications were apparently planned in advance, as they only accepted payments via wire transfer or Zelle, making it difficult to request refunds if services were not delivered as promised. They also refused to send confirmation of hotel bookings before the trip, opting instead to inform us about last-minute changes at the airport, blaming others for these alterations.
When I questioned some negative reviews on Google, the staff dismissively claimed that clients who had not paid the full amount experienced downgraded services, which I believe is false since they only provide services once full payment is received.
Overall, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I feel misled by the agency’s false assurances and poor management.
