I ordered the 3 item lucky bag. After two attempts to track my order and subsequent unanswered emails to JYY. It finally arrived. When I opened the parcel there was only one item inside instead of 3. A hideous pair of badly made pleated bright green trousers that are miles too big, far too long and have a grease mark stain on the left leg. I have tried to contact JYY but have not been able to. Their automated email reply is all about late deliveries and the fact that you are unable to get a refund or even return items. They have not responded in regard to my complete dissatisfaction of the stained item and missing further items due to me. I guess I will have to put it down to “ lessons learned “ and never, ever buy from this scam of a so called company again. I only wished I’d read these Trustpilot reviews prior to ordering. I would have saved myself money and frustration. I have no idea what to do with the bad quality , stained so called trousers I received. I wouldn’t even put them in my dogs bed. I guess the only place for them now is the rubbish bin. Please really consider any engagement with this company. I would never buy from them again.

Place In order on the 7th of February no sign of the item and the courier keeps saying they’re expecting it but it’s not been received by them. Emailed the company I’ve had no response whatsoever and will be asking my bank to refund the money. Avoid at all costs. The reviews are terrible.

Pity there’s not a minus star as I would give it a minus !!! Total crap , bought 2 lucky bags for £20 …. Waited forever !!!! Got a bobble hat and a cheap pair of leggings !!!! Could have got them from primark for half that !!!! Oh well lesson learnt 😡

Was really excited to receive my lucky dip bag after watching Kate pull the lovely items from a massive bag in all the adverts on line.
OMG was I disappointed today when it finally arrived.The bag was tiny.The one item I received was disgusting.A pair of Brown wide legged trousers,ir maybe they were pyjama bottoms,who knows,the material is so thin you can see through it,they are foul.
I feel extremely ripped off and will NEVER buy from Jyy again.The adverts need changing as they are 100% not true to life.

Just bought the £10 lucky bag and i got pair of cheap leggings size 2xl-3xl im a uk 16! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

after ordering a lucky dip bag after watching katie price miss promote a big bag of goodies this is what i received disgusting 1 pair of skinny legged trousers which would not fit a size 10 person let alone my size sorry can’t post pictures

Cannot get in touch with them order never received an now going through the bank to dispute it’s so annoying

Email address given on their website has delivery failure, no other means of contacting. Order placed a week ago and still labelled as 'unfulfilled'. Given others' reviews i can see this is clearly a scam company and one to avoid. Putting a claim in with my credit card.

Minus if I could hideous trousers really horrid colours half mast cheap materials. I ordered the £25 lucky bag. Just awful please afford keep your money in your pocket. Great scam for them but hideous experience for customers. I received today 18th February. Horrible horrendously hideous.

Orders never arrive and now PayPal and klarna have been removed as payment methods so your not even covered

Ordered a lucky bag in a size 22 - firstly there is only one item, so totally miss sold, and secondly no way the one item sent fits a size 22 - very disappointing I wouldn't bother with this

I have ordered several times from this company and the products are good quality and reasonably priced. They have great customer service the item dispatched and track posted promptly. Communication throughout sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

Don't bother ordering, the items don't arrive and customer service is non existent no help whatsoever. So save ya money shop elsewhere.

I placed an order, was given a fake tracking number supposedly through Yodel. Yodel confirmed there was no parcel for me. I paid a lot of money and there has been no communication, only an automated response. It amounts to theft. If I don't get a response soon, I will take it further.

Took an absolute age to come, no reply to any emails. Only one thing in the bag when it’s shown that you get multiple. Could’ve bought the same item off TEMU for £2. Photo to show the size of the bag compared to the ones the ‘influencers’ get

ordered a 3 item lucky dip bag for laugh and that is exactly what it was laughable, 1 thin cheap pair of trousers that wouldn't fit a 5 year old and where only fit for the bin, which is where they ended up

Absolutely awful! Ordered based on the advert Katie did on her social media, making it look like everything was high quality and you’d receive more than one item, I waited almost a month for my package when it arrived I had been sent a see through pair of trousers, fit for nothing but the bin!! Avoid at all costs I wish I could give it no stars!!

I put my order in on the 7th of January and still haven't received it, or had any communication from customer service if you can call it that!!! Absolutely shocking company lesson learned because if inhad read these reviews I wouldn't have looked twice!! Shocking

If I could give less stars I would. Ordered on 29th December 3-5 days delivery Boxing Day Sale it came after 3 weeks after emailing and emailing. It arrived an awful MASSIVE black baggy top, I've been emailing for over 10 days for a return and guess what no reply! This company is a shambles AVOID or waste your money, wish I looked at the reviews first:(
