Have been trying for a week to get hold of someone to get a refund for an item I sent back nearly a month.
Do not order from this site.

Ordered the lucky dip bag as advertised by Katie Price. 5 items in the bag she advertised so I bought 1. It came 1 item in the bag. A pair of knitted trousers.

Ive emailed the customer service twice. Never had a reply.

Save your money girls & order from a honest, reliable company.

I placed my order on the 21st of August, i ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and i paid £40 altogether.

I have not received my parcel, i have sent 4/5 emails to the customer care team.. no response.
I have sent multiple messages on instagram, and X. Still no reply or sign of my order.
I go abroad next week and i have myself plenty of time before for then to arrive.

Im totally appalled with the lack of care and worry for their customers.
I have never had a problem before until now.

Can someone please help me or get in contact with me? My patience is wearing thin.

What a con.. I ordered the £10 lucky dip bag advertised by Katie Price.. with a postage charge of £5 I received one pair of horrible trousers and that was it! Unlike the bag advertised where she pulls out about 5 items. I’ve wasted £15 of my hard earned money.. Avoid these con artists

I ordered the £10 lucky bag as seen on Katie price adverts, only 1 item arrived and it was part of a set, a free size pair of disgusting trousers which on their website states they are free sz 8 to 16. I specifically asked for a size 6 goody bag. I escalated with bank and got a temp refund but they said they couldn't continue dispute even though item wasn't as described becausethe companydisputed it, stay away from this awful company. I'm going to contact trading standards next .

If I could give this a 0 I would. @katieprice you should be ashamed of yourself for advertising this poor quality rip off lucky bag for £10. This is a scam. These trousers (well that’s what I think they are) are not my size, very small, the quality is so poor you could wear them as sunglasses they are so thin. I do not normally write reviews but if I can stop someone else from making the same mistake as me it’s worth while. I know I only paid £10 well £15 with delivery but I was taken in by Katie Price promoting this. The item is worth £5 at an absolute push! Note to self, if it seems to good to be true then it normally is!! I wanted to upload some pictures but there is no option to upload.

I purchased a “goodie bag” expecting, well… goodies. What I received was a pair of cheap-looking pyjama bottoms that I wouldn’t have picked up in a bargain bin, let alone paid for.

I contacted the company by email because I was unhappy with what I received. No response. Nothing. Apparently customer service is also included in the goodie bag — except mine was missing.

At that point, I couldn’t even be bothered to waste any more time chasing them. The pyjama bottoms went straight into a charity bag. Hopefully someone will get some use out of them… although knowing my luck, I’ll probably see them hanging in a charity shop window next week with a £20 price tag. 😂

The whole experience has been disappointing from the product to the complete lack of communication.

If you’re thinking of ordering, take my advice: keep your money. The only thing you’ll be unboxing is regret.

LED TO BELIEVE THAT THE £10 BAG WAS THE ONE ON THE VIDEO THAT KATIE PRICE WAS OPENING ****WRONG...
AS THE VIDEO LINK TOOK TO THAT BAG... I BOUGHT 2 BAGS AND THE 2 TROUSERS I GOT "MADE IN CHINA" AND WERE DEFINITELY NOT EVEN WORTH THE £10 EACH PRICE.. I WAS TRICKED.

Don’t waist your money, sold as something received as Tat! Bought a lucky dip, told three items , then it’s only one, and the material is more flammable than petrol!

My original order ended up sold out so they sent out a different item. I requested a free return label as I was not willing to pay to return item. Royal Mail confirmed the return was delivered to JYY but I have not received a refund. My email has been ignored. I will take the matter further to get my money back. AVOID THIS SITE.

Wish I had read the reviews first! The clothing is cheap non branded poorly made, the type you get at market stalls! Keep your money!

Absolutely disgusting after 2 months I’m still waiting to recieve my lucky bag.
I ordered a size 22 lucky bag git two pairs of crap material trousers which are no way a size 16 let alone a size 22 !!
Then my second bag I ordered for my friend has never arrived even though after emailing numerous times was told it would arrive! It still hasn’t.
And reading these reviews I’m perhaps lucky I haven’t received it if it’s anything like what I witnessed cheap tat - nothing like what you see in your promotional video -scam !!

PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY. HALF OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING. IVE SENT 4 EMAILS...NO RESPONSE. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Totally disappointed with purchases paid 20.00 thinking I would have two surprise packages. Which contained more than 1 item as advertised by Katie Price. I received 2 items which definitely were not worth the 20.00 paid. Quality is awful.. Advertising is disgraceful thinking people are getting more than one item. Would not recommend.. Customer communications gave no response when I queried. Do not be fooled folks not worth a penny.

Disappointing Experience with JYY London

I have ordered from this company in the past, several years ago, and on that occasion everything was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order on 12 August 2026 for two pairs of sunglasses, and as of today, I still have not received my order.

I contacted the company by email on both Thursday and Friday last week. Their website states that they aim to respond within 1–2 working days, yet I have received no response whatsoever.

The most frustrating aspect of this situation is that payment has already been taken, there is no telephone number available to contact the company directly, and my emails have seemingly been ignored. I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unacceptable.

I have also checked the tracking information, which shows that the courier is still waiting to receive the parcel. The tracking indicates that the order remains with JYY London and has not even been handed over to the courier.

As I have neither received my goods nor received any meaningful communication from the company, I have now contacted my bank to raise a dispute regarding the transaction.

I appreciate that delays can occasionally happen, but what is particularly frustrating is the complete lack of communication and customer support. I expected a much higher standard of service, especially as I have successfully ordered from this company in the past.

Very disappointed with this experience and would strongly urge the company to improve its communication and customer service.

Absolutely NOT worthy of a single star! Ordered 2 Lucky Bags only 1 delivered - 2 items in the bag NOT 3 as advertised. ZERO response from Customer Service just auto reply. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Item sent had a hole in, so i emailed Customer Services to arrange a return. JYY did not reply to a single message I sent. My bank reclaimed my money in the end. If anyone puts their name to this company they should see how poorly they treat customers. Avoid!

Advertises 4 items and only receive one disgusting, terrible quality pants. Scam! and then you find out you cant get a refund

I would give it NO stars but you cant. I purchased a @katieprice 'surprise bag'. It came quite quickly as it was a VERY small package. Inside was one pair of cheap tatty trousers that are not even my size. Have been emailing them, but absolutely NOTHING. Do not buy from JYY. I wish I had read the reviews first.
