I went into the shop I. Airside swords wanted to buy 2 bar stools mind u home store and more had them half price I asked could I get these 2 stools the lad was about to cone to me when a staff member came out from the back so he went back to the till another customer came down the stairs to ask is there any staff so both of us were waiting to purchase goods and the lad that came from
The back just looked at me and went back to the back I’m still waiting then a customer came in to exchange something and I’m still waiting as is the man upstairs he deals with that customer I’m still waiting so I walked out and said thanks so much for you customer services I’m so disappointed I woul never treat a customer like This there was only 2 employees there or others that don’t seem to care In the back the lad that walked back I to the back knew I was waiting never even a knowledge me I don’t know how the man upstairs got on I walked out said thanks so much for your help maybe get more staff I’m so so disappointed il be going to ikea or home store and more In future lads

I wrote to Jysk customer service with a query on a product I purchased on April 28th 2026. I sent multiple follow up emails and still no response as at August 31st 2026. Not acceptable! If anybody in Jysk would like to verify, its Case: 30750140

yeah, Im done with Jysk, the stock levels are all wrong , staff are Zero cares - i drove to our local one, no beds in stock that we wanted - however 20 m away there was one left , i reserve it , i get there 30 min later and am told oh we dont have that. Sorry what ! then i drive to our local one the following day, prepared to buy whatever double mattress they have in stock. the girl wouldnt even anser me , intead she says as you can see ive put little handwritten signs everywhere stating no warehouse after 5 today - ok how anbout NO JYSK EVER AGAIN. That sounds about right. What a joke, fix yoru stock levels !

The dresser I bought looked nice in the store appeared to be durable.
After assembling everything and attempting to put in the drawers in the dimension was off enough that the drawers were falling out. Hours of disassembling and tightening things nothing changed. I had to add shims to get it to work. The gap on the drawers is unacceptable. I had a bad experience with Jusk years ago but I gave them my last try. Back to IKEA! Customer service where?

Bought wardrobe here never again came with wrong parts buliding it was another problem for the price you pay it’s nowhere near worth it all cheap materials on it doors on the wardrobe all wonky

Rude staff never before have I come across such rudeness from cashiers to picking up stuff wow sallynogin one so bad

Ordered a side board last year, arrived later than stated and then had screws missing. Staff in Sligo store were very unhelpful and rude to deal with. Had to wait another 3 weeks for the screws to arrive

0 stars. The level of customer service from both instore and via the phone is just insulting.
Will never buy from Jysk again.

Click and Collect for 2 items at the till. Mark was really kind and helpful.
I also enquired about an item that was prepaid but awaiting stock to come into store. It had come but stock wasn't put out yet. William went into the store and found it.

I ordered a TV stand online from Yusk with delivery. Delivery is a paid service. The delivery driver dropped my order off on the street near the entrance and drove away. If it's a home delivery, you need to bring it to the address, not leave it on the street.

Requested a Parasol on line 4/08, never used them before, still waiting on notification for collection....is this normal customer service....
Doubt if I'll use them again...

Placed an order for 4 dining chairs and got a coffee table.....dont know how they could mistake the two 🙄🙄

Crap company pay 50 euro delivery and takes over 2 weeks to deliver never use again

Ordered beds online, website shows items in stock however this is misleading as "in stock" does not mean in Ireland. Therefore it took two weeks for our order to become available, when we went to collect the items, two beds, in Ballincollig store one of the headboards was damaged. Manager offered a €50 reduction (bed was €260) however when we asked for a replacement headboard we were informed that we would have to leave the full bed which would again take 2/3 weeks to become available. Unfortunately we did not have the time to wait and had to take damaged bed. Found staff to be very unhelpful.

Had to write a good review after reading the negative ones but still ordered because Jysk was the only place I could get the table I was looking for. Had no problems whatsoever. Done click and collect from the Waterford store. Table arrived earlier than expected. Staff were so helpful at the shop. Really good quality solid oak table. Delighted. Hopefully they are reading and improving on the reviews

Bought a garden furniture rattan type set. Was really impressed with the value, quality and ease to make it. Can't understand the low rating. We also got a parasol stand and large parasol which are great products. No complaints. Letterkenny store are friendly and helpful albeit a little understaffed at times

Bought Two dining room chairs in Mahon point store today. While waiting for them to come out we moved off to the side as to let the next customer check out. They were brought out from the back on a trolly by a male staff member who proceeded to just dump the trolly by the door and walk away without acknowledging us, telling us it was our order or saying anything at all. My father uses a walking aid as he is disabled which left me to manage the boxes on my own. Very poor customer service

If I could score lower I would. Ordered and paid for a sofabed in Portlaoise store. Despite delivery date passing no one contacted me. On eventually making contact with store I was asked to wait for a Manager to discuss situation. Several emails to customer services, automated replies. I would not recommend or use JYSK again. There is zero customer services and in the Portlaoise Store zero ability to make contact with a customer.

Not even one star. Poor customer service. Wrong parts delivered. After,when gave information about extra parts delivered and about missing parts. Got answer, that i NEED you to send back extra parts. Hello???? Take your extra parts. No sorry or we made mistake. I NEED??? Ftf. I would love to get missing parts 😅
