I bought a Sony headphones from this shop because the price was unbelievably good. Delivery took nearly 4 days but that's the fault of the shipping company. Can recommend!

Can't Actually Place an Order
Attempted to complete a purchase, tried PayPal but got the message that "PayPal checkout for this store is currently experiencing problems. Please try another payment method."
Tried the only other method available and then got the message "Payment failed: Unknown merchant account".
Tried to contact them but the apparently I "dialled an incorrect number"
Very frustrating and really poor service. If this website is actually the real deal and not a scam site..

During Black Friday, I was looking for a Nintendo Switch OLED edition, which was quite hard to find due to increasing demand.
I found one in JX-Deals, however during the order confirmation I got an error message saying that the last unit was just sold and I couldn't place an order.
I called them about the issue, and they were friendly enough to promise a Nintendo Switch OLED on their next batch with the Black Friday price, which I received a week later.
Again, thank you very much for making this big favor in my case :)

Like their unique and cool gadgets and the friendly customer service :). The order went well and the item arrived just on time for my nephew's birthday.
But unfortunately I'm going to have to take away one star due to the fact that I asked for a gift wrapping in the order comments, but the item did not arrive in gift wrapping :(. It is a small nuisance and all, but would have helped if I've known beforehand that the item cannot be shipped in a gift wrapping.

Ordered a Green Mi-Mic wireless…
Ordered a Green Mi-Mic wireless microphone, and after a few hours I get a message that the item for the specified color is not available anymore.They offered to ship the Mi-Mic in any of the other 4 colors, from which I chose the Camo Blue.
The package arrives in 2 days, and what do you know! I got a complimentary fidget spinner as a compensation :) :)
I highly support retailers when they are still not as huge as the other giants we know, because the customer service is always personalized and fair.

Box arrived damaged
Ordered a lamp and the box arrived damaged!
I understand that the package was damaged by the courier, however they should make sure that the courier service being used is reputable to not handle packages like that.
I was able to return the item and get a refund within a reasonable time (took them 5 days to refund). They were helpful throughout the whole return and refund process.
Would order from them next time, just will make sure that they inform the courier not to handle their packages badly...
