Sold damaged device, no refund.
After receiving my new damaged phone, then sending it back to be inspected the seller determined the damage to the phone was physical damage by me and voids my warranty, I did not damage the phone what so ever, I was sold a faulty product and then told it was damaged by me, not only has this been going for a over a month now and I have been emailing with lasoo support who then forwards it onto bloombird or perfect preowned (can't make sense of who is the actual seller is) and then gets a response and forwards it onto me making the process unbearably long and difficult, I am out the cost of the phone and if I want the phone back to get it inspected or fixed myself I have to pay for shipping for my own phone back.. clearly a scam or just absolutely poor product and customer service. I have made report with the ACCC not that it will help..
