Steven from Paisley branch just came today and did our delivery of porcelain tiles and sand and few other things , he is really good with lovely attitude and very considerate of where I requested him to place the material. He had excellent menovering skills to use the crane. Thank you Steven .

Ordered Tuscany buff stones in bulk and they look nothing like the picture - all very grey even after washing.

Happy with service from grants delivered when they said they would also kept informed of delivery so would use again .

Not used any builders merchants for years as previous experience wasn't that great with rude staff and left hanging about in the yard like a spare part while there was nobody there to help you.
I thought I would try J W Grant for a click and collect as had used them previously for a delivery and things had went well.
What a difference. Staff were really friendly, welcoming and courteous. Plenty of staff in the yard to get your order and again really keen to help and plenty of them.
Not sure if all builders merchants are to this high standard now, but will definitely be back to J W Grant.

When I ordered on line it was 3 to 5 working days for the delivery but they delivered next day before 10am. Excellent service and value.
The driver was brilliant and placed my order next to my driveway so I could still park my car

Consistently the best value on the market and very good quality materials too.
Doesn't matter the size of the order the staff at the Paisley branch are always incredibly helpful and ready to assist.
The delivery is always super easy and straightforward and the driver is happy to unload anywhere that's suitable (and withing reach of the crane).

On the last delivery I had there was a bit of a mix up on my end and incorrect sized timber had been ordered. One call to the service desk and it was sorted.
We had the option to get it redelivered but luckily the material was a small enough to fit in the van and was swapped in a matter of hours.
Can't praise them enough, and can almost guarantee they will be my go to for any job or home project
