The online ordering process was easy
The online ordering process was easy. The secondary information, after the order was placed, came shortly afterwards. The delivery came on time and material placed in a suitable area. The delivery driver was friendly and amenable and got as close as he could to the garden.
The loose stone ordered came with too many leaves interspersed within the bag. All the way to the bottom. This caused no end of time wasted on retrieving leaves from what was supposed to be a decorative stone. Material management in the yard would be a concern if all loose stone had these leaves.
Thank you for taking the issue seriously, as I will be ordering more stone in future.

Unprofessional.
Company truck blocking a whole street off, despite the fact that if the truck stopped a foot behind cars would have still been able to pass by.
The driver could not have been more dismissive & unhelpful.
Not a company displaying professional or courteous behavior.

Great Delivery but feel robbed
Ordering and delivery of my items was superb. However, I personally returned one item direct to the front desk and was informed I would be charged 20% of the full refund price for returning it an shown a notice taped to the desk. Several units of the same item were on display 3 metres away and I offered to place my returned item beside them. Therefore no handling or restocking required by staff. I'm sure this breached the Sale of Goods Act or Consumer Rights legislation

Always good service used to deal with the guys when I was working for wh Malcolm as transport manager and pricing quarry materials etc before retirement can always have a good crack with boys wouldn’t go past grants also the delivery guys are very obliging
