Product arrived promptly and all emails…
Product arrived promptly and all emails answered very quickly. Generally this is an excellent company to buy from and I find the product very effective also. My only negative is although it is very easy to change the frequency of delivery for my subscription online, and I did this well within time, I still received notification that my order would be sent as usual, but after emailing I was refunded immediately.

I received the very well wrapped parcel in good time and condition. My complaint is the difficulty in opening the parcel. There appeared to be no way in. It took me ages to discover the perforations which proved to be the answer. Please put a sticker on to indicate this.

Product is shipped by Royal Mail. Usually reliable but recently tracking shows awaiting product from supplier and then no update and no delivery. Seems to be a lack of communication between supplier and courier.
Additionally bottles are not sealed.

We apologise but due to very high demand we did have a day when we ran out of stock. I'm please to say we have plenty of stock now. Our tamper evident seal is on the carton the bottles come in. The reason we do it that way is to make sure that when the bottles are recycled there is no contamination from paper or other plastics (the label on the bottle is specially designed to work in the recycling system).
