New window
Delivery for the new window was within the stated delivery timescale and was as per ordered. Only criticism is that the delivery date wasn’t communicated prior to the window arriving so was left outside until returning from work. I’d highly recommend Danielle as she provided prompt communicate during the quoting/ordering phase and pricing is value for money.

Highly recommended at Competitive Prices
Recently ordered a made to measure window glass pane and are very happy with the service. Danielle was very helpful in checking that I was within the companies delivery range. No issues with the glass window that I bought, all sizes etc were correct. Only thing I would say is that I was slightly surprised that the window came in absolutely no packaging. But I would definitely use Just Value Doors again.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging as well—our glass is delivered loose on specialized racks to minimize transit damage and single-use waste, but we always appreciate customer input. Not recommended!!
I purchased a uPVC door with a panic bar and external access from this company. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given delivery dates that were not honoured, with the delivery being delayed several times. In the end, I waited almost three months for the door to arrive.
When the door was finally delivered, it was missing the external access that I had specifically ordered and paid for. Despite raising the issue with the company, it was never rectified, and I am still left without the external access I originally purchased.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the after-sales support. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Hi Oliver,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery delays and the missing external access mechanism for your uPVC door. This falls well short of the service standard we aim to provide.
We would like the opportunity to review your order details and investigate what happened with your after-sales support so we can make things right regarding your missing component. Please reach out to our support team directly with your order number so we can prioritize this for you.
