I wouldn't have given 1 star but that…
I wouldn't have given 1 star but that appears to be the minimum. I ordered a sliding patio door and a 3 pane casement window both with leaded glazed units to match our existing windows on the 2nd Sept. However, upon delivery I noticed that they had got the leaded dimensions for the height and width the wrong way round.
When I contacted them about this obvious error, they requested that I should pay half the fee being approx. £600.00, to get the windows remade using a third-party company even though it was their error.
After sharing my initial experience on this website, they said the glazed units would be replaced free of charge provided I retracted the review.
I did this, however when the replacements arrived some weeks later, the 3 glazed units for the casement window were now not leaded at all and the delivery driver agreed to have them returned.
I have not had a satisfactory response from this company on when these units will be replaced for the second time, and believe they have no intention of doing this, so are now having to initiate a charge back request from my credit card company.
To any prospective customer YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!
I very much regret using this company

I ordered a new front door
I am very happy with the front door I have now fitted. Although the door sill did not arrive as expected I was able to purchase my own to allow me to continue installation. It is certainly great value for money and I’m confident it will hold up to the Scottish weather for years to come.
I have now been refunded for the original door sill and would like to highlight Harry’s helpful and supportive manner during phone calls.
Just value doors have provided me with a good quality product and enabled me to reduce the costs involved in replacing a front door.

Great Quality and Excellent Service for Builders
Very pleased with the overall service. The quality of the windows is very good and definitely money well spent.
As a builder, one of the biggest advantages for us is being able to get window prices instantly online. It makes preparing quotations for our clients much quicker and easier, without having to wait for prices to come back from a supplier.
Delivery is always within a reasonable lead time and, in our experience, has never been late, which is another big plus when managing building projects and keeping to a schedule.
Good quality, fair pricing and a very convenient ordering system. Would happily use them again.

Just realised you have to agree to the website terms before they tell you when they are to deliver, found this strange.
Followed by 2 seperate deliveries for the one door, comes first then the door, weirder still... not starting to enjoy this now... Gulp
