Rubbish company
Not sure why my 2 previous reviews have disappeared, so doing it again. Company just lied right from the start, a 2-3 weeks delivery schedule turned into 10 weeks. No communication or follow up despite dozens of calls. They have the cheek to make you click something before you can view a delivery date where u confirm you accept the date, that you haven't booked any building work, and will have people around to help with the delivery. When I asked for a refund I was told not possible as bespoke order. I started talking to citizens advice about taking legal action and was told that actually as they failed to deliver on time or proactively communicate I was entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act of 2015. Doesn't matter what nonsense they make you tick, you can't sign away legal rights. I didn't take legal action in the end, but putting this info there for the many people having the same issues I was by the looks of things.

Hi there,
Unfortunately as you've not left any details we're unable to identify you or your order, therefore cannot be sure of the context around this review.
We strongly refute any implication that there was no communication whatsoever, we always proactively update customers with any relevant updates to their orders.
We strive to deliver excellent service from start to finish, as the vast majority of our reviews testify.

Exceptional Customer Service and Great Value
The Office Manager who handled my enquiry was Nick Brook, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was charming, efficient, and completely professional throughout. As a homeowner with no experience in home improvements, I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the whole process - even taking several calls from me to clarify different aspects of my order.
I had also contacted a few other companies I found online, but their approach felt pushy and sales-driven rather than focused on my needs. Their products were more expensive too, and not even suitable for what I required.
Just Value Windows (and Doors!) were the complete opposite - helpful, honest, and genuinely customer-focused. A solid 5 stars from me. Thank you!

Good quality door, outstanding aftersales experience
Door arrived promptly, well packed, and was easy to fit. I was very impressed that after builders' boots had shredded the rubber threshold seal (within a month of fitting the door!), Just Value Doors went out of their way to source me a replacement seal from the manufacturer at a very reasonable cost.

Really good prices and quality products
Had a few issues with the order process but to be honest it wasn’t a big deal, that’s why they have a 4 star instead of 5, when the door arrived the
Quality and price of if made up for the mild problems at the beginning. I have all my windows and doors from this company and can throughly recommend them, great prices and quality,

Great if you've never bought glass!
I have never ordered glass before. I tried a couple of sites before this, and they used terms I didn't understand, like "spacer bar" without saying what that actually is. Or asked me what gas I want. I have no idea! This site made things simple, and I could see what each of the options meant,

Avoid the company at all costs
Avoid the company at all costs. Do not be fooled by ease of ordering! We ordered tilt and turn windows. The online ordering was smooth and easy. Priblems started after delivery was first rescheduled. Then delivery day passed without communication from the company on what would be the new delivery. There was no communication from them despite several calls and it was delivered a week later without notification. Unfortunately this is not where the problem ended the doors are faulty. The mechanism is not allowing the doors to lock it completely. The handle doesn’t cone down fully and the top left corner is moving when it sis supposed to be locked. I’ve sent the email with the video showing it is faulty. There has been no reply or acknowledgment of the complaint received.

Worse company in general I've ever delt…
Worse company in general I've ever delt with.
They constantly lied to me when being late numerous time's with information that i needed to make an order. Overall took 9 or more weeks just to get the order stage the only reason i kept going with order i was committed to the initial price i was given on the web site.
I asked for sculptured liniar in the end i got door stop for the design on the frames.
Just value doors have said because i was not specified on the sign of sheet which frames i was getting that its now my fault. The sign off sheet was not clear.
The whole ordeal has now left me out of pocket by £400 as the client will not pay the full amount.
Just value doors are quite happy to leave me out of pocket and will not accept any responsibility for their incompetence from start to finish.

Hi Luke,
We're disappointed to read that you have not had the first class customer experience that we aim to provide.
It is important to note that your bespoke requirement was not stipulated on the final order sign-off sheet, which all customers ordering via email or phone complete to ensure they are completely satisfied with the specification of their order.
We believe our sign-off process to be clear and comprehensive, and customers have the opportunity to clarify any details they are unsure of prior to signing off any order.
If you wish to discuss this any further with us directly, please do get in touch via support@justvaluedoors.co.uk
