Just Tyres - Scunthorpe Omdömen 

Happy with the work they did and the tyres but pre booked my car in for a 10.30 slot and it was 12.30 before my car had been done.

Excellent experience, arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, was seen straightaway and drove away 20 minutes or so later with 2 new tyres and wheels realigned.

Visited the Scunthorpe branch after booking online. Was immediately told everything was running late which wasn’t great. However the fitter took time to explain why the tyre choices I had made online might not be the best for my vehicle, genuinely helping I felt not just upselling. The end result although later than I’d hoped was a really good experience, only fault was timing.

We would highly recommend going to Just Tyres & getting Elliot's expert advice. Both our vehicles have been in the last month ( Rexton & Scudo) & we were given 100% customer satisfaction that the tyres recommended, plus the efficient prompt service given couldn't be faulted. The staff are polite, professional & courteous which should be praised by their manager.

I obtained a price for 3 fitted Bridgestone run flats and a four wheel alignment service.
Various other companies agreed to price match on the tyres ,however,they couldn't match the alignment price even with a 50 % reduction based on the no of tyres purchased.I delivered the vehicle to Scunthorpe where after fitting the tyres I was advised that because a track rod end was seized they claimed the wheel alignment couldn't be completed due to not having appropriate ramps or equipment to release it.
The tyre fitting service was excellent,
however,the alignment was a basic job that any reputable national specialist tyre/wheel company should have been able to do and indeed the company promoted their expertise to be able to do so .
I complained to customer services because although they agreed to refund the alignment charge I was left in a compromised position because they had taken the profit on the tyres but left me the alignment problem without having the tyre profit to negotiate a package price on.
Many companies would agree to reduce the alignment cost by up to 50 % ( from £70 to £35 ) if they fitted the tyres and
when I put this to the Regional Director (RD) he acknowledged my point but claimed the owner of the business refused to invest in the appropriate equipment to do the job ,but irrespective to this they were able to complete 9 out of 10 alignments satisfactorily.
Although he agreed to refund my initial alignment charge he claimed he did not have "the authority " to offer any further goodwill adjustment for my additional cost of approx £35 ( a £10 gesture would have been suffice).When I requested to speak to someone who did have " the authority " he agreed and said he would discuss the matter and get back to me.
No call was returned so I called the RD again who seemingly "acted " surprised that customer services had not contacted as he had been advised they would ?
I contacted the lady in customer services who I'd spoken to before about the situation ( and who referred the matter to the above same RD) only to be repeatedly told that she was not authorised to make any goodwill gesture and that I would need to speak to the above RD.
I was being passed around and felt I was being treated like a fool.I subsequently asked customer services ( who were very sympathetic and helpful) to ask the same RD to call me. I also left the same message on the RD's voice mail.
To date, disappointingly, I never received the call from the man as he had proudly introduced himself as " the Regional Director".
What a coward ! the RD hiding behind a young customer services lady ( who was very professional ) , and what poor customer service.Obviously I will not be buying any tyres or promoting Just Tyres to anyone again.
I also hope the RD's colleagues in customer services, the Scunthorpe tyre fitting centre and others within the organisation note the qualities of all those concerned.Potential customers be aware .

i had no problem with the work carried out but the staff border on being ignorant.ask them a question and you were lucky to receive answer .

Having made a mistake when ordering my tyres from the website I was offered a full refund. (Make sure you select run flats if your car is fitted with them)

Competively Priced Tyres, easy to order & pick fitting date on-line. Excellent service by the lads at Scunthorpe Branch in and out in 1/4 of an hour.

Absolutely Terrible took my jag in today to get it tracked paid £35 literally 20 minutes later took it back in as its worse then what It was originally chap told me cant do anything as its been tracked but i said its still off and worse then before he Would not even bother to have another look basically gave me every single excuses he could think of to fob me off and said the back tyres need changing thats why its out ? But if that was the real reason why did he do the tracking in the first place ? Its a joke all just to keep my £35 I paid ? RIP OFF STAY AWAY (i hope someone looks into this )

Ordered front pair of tyres online and fitted at Scunthorpe a couple of days later. Shortly afterwards realised my rears were worn on inner edge (tracking) rang them up and they sorted me a pair for next day.
