Tyres ordered not in stock
Ordered some tyres to be fitted on 12th December which were clearance tyres at an excellent price got a phone call to say tyres weren't going to be available until the following Wednesday so had reschedule for 16th December. Arrived at 9am to find only 1 tyre was available and if I wanted to wait another week for the other to arrive I could of but they did have another brand in stock and ending up having to pay an extra £15 on top of the bill which was rather disappointing seen as they had already been delayed once. Staff at branch were helpful and car was back on the road quickly

Definitely go back again
Absolutely brilliant and ordered 4 tyres online which I couldn’t find nowhere because of the size. Found them on just tyres and price were cheapest than everyone and they delivered it next day to the location i chose and got tyres on same day which was great as needed desperately.

Excellent service. Had car straight in so didn’t have to wait. The gent on the reception was very knowledgeable and some good advice on what tyres to pick.

Went with a puncture which was too near…
Went with a puncture which was too near the sidewall to repair.Could not afford new tyre there and then said I could not afford a new tyre there and then and said I would return when I had the money and how much did I owe them. They said I owed nothing the following week returned and had my new tyre fitted. Very pleased with the service they provided I will return when I need another tyre.

SCAM!
My mother took her car for a free break check today as a lady on her own (after a passenger noticed there was dust on the alloys).
The mechanic and manager told her that she needed new brake pads and discs (due to an hairline fracture) and that her brake fluid needed changing. They quoted her £230 for the discs and pads and recommended another garage for the fluid change. Luckily my mother chose to get a second opinion at Bush Tyres and was told that none of the above work needed doing. Her brake fluid was as good as new and her pads and discs had 4000 miles left on them.
Absolute disgrace of a company that prey on women they think they can scam!

I made a booking online I ordered two tyres and wheel alignment, the experience was seamless I arrived at my appointed time the mechanics were ready for my car. I was told they would take 40 minutes when I returned 40 minutes later they had just completed the job very good service.

Great price on 4 Avons....fitter said 1 hour and that's what it was exactly.....watched him torque the nuts up and then rechecked all 4 wheels before handing back to me.
Highly recommended.

Had 4 Avon ZX7 fitted
Had 4 Avon ZX7 fitted, couldn`t find the same tyres cheaper anywhere else.
Staff very friendly, will definitely be using them again.
