Just Property Omdömen

We are so pleased with the service we have received from Just Property. Ashley Hodd has kept us well informed throughout the transaction and overall made the process of buying less stressful. Thank you for all your help!

6 years ago our son purchased his house in Hastings via Just Property. Last year he put it on the market with another estate agent due to a recommendation he'd been given. It didn't sell and the level of service he received wasn't great. During a difficult market, within a couple of months of marketing the property with Just Property, a number of quality buyers had viewed the property and a first time buyer was found. Colin and his team have been incredibly thorough throughout the process and have done a great job of liaising between solicitors and the purchaser which is something clients rarely appreciate happens behind the scenes. My son has now exchanged and a completion date has been organised. Many thanks to Colin and his team.

The overall level of attention and advice has been admirable. In our case the market was difficult and various adjustments were necessary to make a sale. These were realistically and well managed. In the period between accepting the offer and exchange, Ashley Hodd has provided exemplary service, keeping us abreast of developments, communicating with all interested parties to expedite the process - and keeping us fully in touch at every stage. Better support could not have been provided.

We’ve recently purchased our 1st House via Just Property- Hastings Branch.
The whole team made us feel so comfortable and supported throughout the whole process from 1st viewing - completion!
Always answered our emails promptly, kept us up to date and informed with everything we needed to know.
Would Highly Recommend!

Rita Claassen from Just property found me a buyer for my upmarket house in Humewood. Rita was helpful with every step of the process. She even sat at the house when the buyers sent in a building inspector for a few hours to check everything before they put the offer in as I live in JHB. Even when the sale was through and was at the Attorneys her after sale service was over and beyond what it needed to be. I would definitely recommend using Rita.

After thinking of selling our beautiful home in Fairlight, we invited Austin Grout, partner at Just Property, to value our home. We were sad at the thought of selling and Austin was compassionate and understanding when talking to us. He valued our home and set the wheels in motion to put it on the market. Fortunately we are now able to stay and don't need to sell. We have used Just Property three times now and each time have been 100% happy with the way we were treated. They are professional, knowledgeable of the area and very understanding of people's needs. We would recommend them highly. Thank you very much Austin.

Harry showed us around a property with effortless knowledge about it and was very professional in his approach, appearance and attitude. He also did an appraisal on a property which was fair and professional - thank you for your time on that! Would happily use their services in the future & recommend to others! Having only really dealt with Harry not the others, he represents the company brilliantly 10/10! Such a friendly charming young chap!

From calling several of the local Estate Agents in the area, Just Property, was the most reliable, professional and honest, they handled all viewings as did not live local, they were very attentive to detail, updated us with feedback viewings and updates. They did everything plus more to get the property sold for us, so we did not have to keep travelling backwards and forwards, which was a godsend, would thoroughly recommend for those wishing to sell or in the area. Ashley made sure that the sale progressed as it should, Thankyou

Excellent customer service, Ashley was well presented, polite & returned calls promptly as he promised!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Just Property to sell my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism, dedication, and expertise made the deal happen, If you're looking to sell your property and want a team that is proactive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about your property then use just property
Thanks

Just estate agents are a really great professional and friendly company. Photos were great! Questions were always answered promptly, viewings on time and followed up with detailed reports.
Advice and help were always on hand and as we were overseas throughout the sale period all of the above were particularly important. We were more than happy with every element of the service and will totally recommend them to all.

Just Property is a sound professional estate agency. They keep you informed on the development of your purchase. They are explain to you what comes next, how to proceed and what to expect. They communicate in a courteous manner. My experience with Just Property is top.

If you want an estate agent to keep you up to date, in a friendly but professional manner, look no further. Honestly these chaps work so hard for you they certainly earn their commission.

A big thanks to Ollie for nailing the sale of our house. Showing people around pointing out the attention to details on our house. I am delighted that the new owner loved it like I did,
A huge thank you (with fireworks on top ) to the incredible, patient Ashley. Wow did he work hard. Ashley kept everyone updated. Even our buyer commented how helpful he was. I think if it wasn't for Ashley keeping everyone updated, chasing the issues etc, the sale would have collapsed. Thanks so much for everything you done,

So forget the big estate agents, go for local who will do everything they can for you.

I recently purchased a house that was listed with Just Property. They communicated clearly throughout the process, from my initial viewing until I finally collected the keys! Friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any queries I had. Highly recommended.

The property I purchased was through Just Property and I was extremely pleased with the way they communicated throughout. They were honest, didn’t go for any hard sell tactics and told you how it was at all times. I would highly recommend choosing this Estate Agent.

From start to finish Just Property were highly professional in their dedication to successfully selling my St Leonards property. Constantly supportive with a fine focus on all detail going above and beyond expectation - always prompt I never had to chase them, patient & friendly a total pleasure to deal with. This fab team led by Colin are highly experienced with excellent knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing - essential with older seafront properties. Insightful & realistic with their finger on the pulse of this areas ever fluctuating market. Above all I appreciated their 'no BS' & honest straight talking style (unusual for agents!) no false expectations. As a seller I found the Just Property team top of their game & entirely trustworthy I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Just so grateful that we chose this amazing estate agent to sell our much loved home of 30 years! From the first contact I had on the phone with Olly, this wonderful team helped us through some pretty tricky and lengthy situations, with such dedication and care, I doubt it would have all come together without their hard work and determination! Id like to mention Issey, who was so lovely, polite and kind. Also Director Colin, who looked after our sale with such a personal interest, we felt like we must be his only clients! Cant thank you enough, Colin, for going the extra hundred miles for us; early mornings, keeping an eye on things even when on holiday, nothing too much trouble. I feel like we're now friends! Always bringing in his sense of humour, which, when things are difficult, really helps!
Colin sets an example for the whole team, which obviously carries through to each and every one, all of whom are polite, friendly and eager to do their best.
I highly recommend anyone and everyone to choose Just Property, you wont regret it! A really great, local family business with lovely people that you can really trust. Thanks again, guys!

Excellent service from beginning to end selling our house. We moved to Just Property after being with other agents and they successfully marketed and sold our house. Ashley was brilliant at keeping me up to date and progressing the sale - achieving exchange and completion as planned. Highly recommended.
