Just Property Omdömen

Every member of the just property team were excellent and handled our requests efficiently.

Would recommend for any buyers/sellers.

A really helpful and knowledgeable team of people. We have purchased property twice from Just Property. Both occasions have been a positive experience.

Excellent service from the team, especially Colin who provided regular updates, an almost instant response to emails even when he was on holiday and truly exceptional support when the sale of my house (not through Just Property) stalled at the 11th hour. A seamless, professional service from everyone in the Hastings office.

Its very exceptional for an agent to want to write a POSITIVE review for another agent, but felt this was fully deserved. The communication from Ashley Hodd at Just property has been exemplarily during the sales progression process. Its not been an easy sale for him with lots of legal matters to resolve and he has ensured the sale came to completion as soon as possible. I would fully recommend speaking to Just Property if your looking to sell. Thanks Ashley

The team at Just Property were professional, efficient and responsive. We have just bought a house and they came back to us on any questions we had in a very timely manner. They assisted in all parties completing the transaction quickly. A pleasure to deal with.

Ben at the Fairlight branch was amazing. He really went the extra mile for us. He was patient, honest and kept us abreast of the situation at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben or Jess at Just in Fairlight . Ben always returned our calls and emails, no matter how trivial our questions were. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Ben at Just Properties.

Fantastic service from Just Property - Bexhill-on-sea office with the purchase of our house

Special thanks to Ashley who was polite and helpful throughout.

Kyle was excellent from start to finish
I was amazed that we viewed a property
Bought it and completed and moved in
21 days later amazing service
Highly recommend

Great service from Just Property with the sale of our house. Special shout out to Colin Siggs who has been especially dedicated to the process - he gracefully combatted any hurdles we’ve had along the way with true professionalism and personalisation. Not a slapdash estate agent but one that truly cares about their trade.

Very good service very helpful and polite thank you very much!!

Focused, passionate and professional from outset, particularly Ollie, but all the team too. From our first meeting I felt they must be the agent to secure my sale, and they were! Really impressive hard work and commitment throughout.

First class service from estimating the price of our property through to the final journey. Ollie and Ashley are the most helpful, caring people to deal with. We have bought from Just and sold with Just...100% recommended in all aspects.

Very professional and efficient service. Kept me informed at all stages. Every agent i had contact with was great. Would use again and highly recommend. Thank you

We recently purchased our first home through Just Property, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, responsive, and consistently helpful at every stage.

Communication was always clear and timely, which really helped us feel supported and confident throughout. They guided us through each step with patience and transparency, making what can often be a daunting process feel much more manageable.

We’re so grateful for the great service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ashley Hodd, Sales Progressor is the most proactive, helpful, responsive progressor. As a first time buyer he of course was not hired by me but his attention to my needs and progressing the steps my side made me feel as though I was paying for his time. Very professional, polite and calm! Ashley and Just property were more reactive and helpful than my own Solicitor in this process.
Thank you so much.
If I ever sell. I know where im going to sell with !!

We have brought a property in fairlight, I have to say it hasn't been easy but not because of just properties ,Ben at the Fairlight office has been amazing he has chased soldiers for us and been in contact with us on a regular basis, I have to say he made the process a little more bearable. Thank you Ben for everything 😊.

Ashley and Ollie have been very professional and helpful Ashley has kept us fully updated all the way through our purchase and answered any queries we had Highly recommended

I found Just Property to be very helpful and professional during my search for apartments in Hastings/ St.Leonards. Of all the agents I worked with, they were the most organised in terms of booking viewings, keeping me up to date with any changes, and making sure I knew where I had to be and when. Lola was especially proactive in her communication with me, which was welcomed as I was coming from overseas. Shout out also to Harry who showed me around the selected properties and help me navigate the different types of housing in the area.

Ben at the Fairlight Office for Just Property was nothing short of brilliant! He single handily made sure our complicated chain exchanged; with a persistence and patience that is very rare. I cannot thank him and his team enough. He wasn’t selling our property, but dealing with the sale of the one we were buying. I think we came across just about every problem along the way, but Ben either solved it or managed to push it all through. He gave us regular updates and informed us of progress in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Just Property for all your sales or buying needs, if this is anything to go by, an excellent service!!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Just Property. Their advice was excellent throughout the successful sale of our house. It felt like a very personal service, and we came to really value their advice and support. They were totally professional and their depth of knowledge of the Hastings property market, and their extensive experience, ensured a smooth sale. Thank you to all the team, especially Ashley!
