241 day delay before shipping

TLDR: Took 8 months to deliver 2 small in-stock items.

I ordered several items on the 1st July 2022 which all showed on their website as in stock. They were needed for a convention the following weekend. On the 5th July I contacted them by phone to find out where my order was, as I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. They said some of the items weren't in stock. They proceeded to cancel and refund part of the order which wasn't in stock. The rest of the order was supposed to be shipped out. It didn't get sent in time for the convention; in fact it didn't get shipped until 27th Feb 2023 - nearly 8 months later. Not a word of an apology or explanation.

I can only apologise for the delay in your order and the experience you feel you had from us. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, items are often backordered with suppliers for a long time. We keep in communication as much as possible and go above and beyond to provide a good service (as you noted - we offered to, and then part refunded the order), and we're always happy for you to cancel at any time, or leave your order open until the supplier sends us the item.

Your item was shipped to you as soon as it was in stock and I can confirm that you were sent a shipping email.

Apologies once more that the experience wasn't up to the standards that you expected.

Vraiment trop nul environ 2 semaines…

Vraiment trop nul environ 2 semaines que j'ai téléchargé cette application avec un jeu j'ai largement dépassé l'objectif mais vraiment il est impossible de pouvoir retirer les sous ils disent paiement le compte à rebours arrive à zéro on a beau cliqué cliquez cliquez cliquez il y a rien qui se passe le compte à rebours repart à 2h59 impossible de récupérer le du application vraiment trop nul perte de temps

Games Workshop items, non stock but great service

Tried to buy some specialist (necromunda) dice online, turned out they were out of stock, but after a short email conversation was given sope options for available alternatives. As these are non stock item but ordered in from Games Workshop the delivery time is slower. But as I was in no rush this was all fine. Arrived and are exactly as ordered.
