Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I took a subscription for my tour and travel business from Justdial after their executive made many false promises. They convinced me to pay the advance amount and said they would guide and support my business.

But after taking the payment, everything changed. The rules suddenly became different and no proper guidance was provided. It feels like they only care about taking money from customers and not about providing real service.

Even after requesting many times to stop the ECS, they are not cancelling it and the money is still being deducted from my bank account. When we try to talk to their staff, they behave very rudely.
Also, a person named Jitendar from their team spoke to us very rudely and unprofessionally. Instead of solving the issue, his attitude was arrogant and disrespectful. This kind of behavior clearly shows how little they care about their customers.
This has been a very bad experience. I feel cheated and would not recommend anyone to take services from this company. Please think twice before trusting them.

2 Years of Fraud & Harassment by Just Dial India Limited – A Warning to the Corporate Community

I am writing this post to share a harrowing experience I’ve had with Just Dial India Limited (@JustDial). What started as a misleading sales pitch has turned into 2 years of financial loss and mental harassment.
The Scam: Two years ago, a Just Dial representative convinced me to pay ₹39,000 via credit card, promising a "one-month trial" with a full refund guarantee if I wasn't satisfied. Instead, they processed a huge transaction without my full consent on the final terms and refused to refund a single penny.
The Aftermath:
Lack of Support: When I reached out, the local management used their influence to suppress my complaints.
Ongoing Harassment: Even after 2 years of stopping all services, I receive harassing calls every single day from their team.
Data Privacy Violation: Despite multiple requests, they refuse to delete my data from their database, violating my right to privacy.
System Failure: My complaints on the National Consumer Helpline were repeatedly closed without any resolution or even a confirmation call.
I am sharing this to warn other business owners and individuals. If a company like Just Dial can scam a common person and then harass them for years, where is the corporate ethics?
I demand an immediate stop to these harassment calls and the permanent deletion of my data.

I enquired about wholesale cigarette suppliers in Faridabad in Faridabad. One company by the name of Ashirwad International contacted me and agreed to supply. They said only door delivery and payment in advance. Since I got reference from Justdial, I paid in advance. After the payment, the company even sent me a gst invoice, but delivery was not made. Then they stopped talking calls. My money is gone. There a lot of scam companies in Justdial and your details are not secure. Better not to deal. You will be scammed.

Total Scam, Intrusive Calling

I took paid plan in 2015, got fake leads and zero business, so to stop ecs i closed my bank account. Since August 2018, they make 16 calls everyday, and 3 emails everyday to take their premium plans. Never go for it.
