Worst business. Scam you in broad daylight. Initially they charge you for 3 months and then very next month they will charge you another EMI. I took for growth plan which is showing no. 1 rank as per the keyword in Lucknow City. Total leads I received were 9 in 30 days, out of which 7 were fake leads. its just surprising why this business is looting so many and still working.

Very disappointing experience with Justdial. Honestly feels like we were misled and there was no transparency at all.

I purchased a plan from Justdial recently. The plan was explained to us as a monthly payment based plan. I was already not very happy with my previous experience with Justdial, so I was not really interested in taking another plan but the sales person convinced us.

He clearly told us that we just have to pay 2 months payment upfront and once the payment is done our listing will be live with the verified and trust badge within 24 hours. Based on this commitment we made the payment.

But after payment, the story started changing.

On the 2nd day he told us there is some server issue. Then on the 3rd and 4th day he said it will take another 48 hours. After that suddenly he told us that our auto payout has failed and another payment will be deducted.

We were honestly shocked because nobody told us anything about this auto debit before taking the payment. We were clearly told that we need to pay 2 months upfront. When we questioned him about this, then he told us that another auto debit will happen in the coming 20 days.

This is completely not acceptable. If there was an auto debit or any other payment condition, why was it not clearly explained before taking the money? We would have atleast made our decision after knowing everything properly.

We asked for a refund because this was never communicated to us properly and we felt the whole thing was not transparent.

Then we got a call from his manager and she said that he had already explained all this to us on the call. Seriously? Is this how companies work? Important payment terms are just told verbally on a call and there is no proper documentation or confirmation?

If it was actually communicated clearly we might have still purchased the plan, but the way everything was handled was very unprofessional and it has completely destroyed our trust.

The manager also told us that someone from Justdial support will call us and resolve the issue. Its been almost a week now and nobody has called us. We are trying to contact them but now they have stopped answering our calls properly.

And the worst part is the attitude of the salesperson. When we questioned him about all this, he literally said "jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo". This is the kind of response you get after paying money to a company?

Very disappointing experience to say the least. We had actually given Justdial another chance even after our previous experience, but this has made our perception of Justdial and Reliance very bad.

We are now seriously considering taking this matter to the consumer forum because we dont feel this is the right way to deal with customers.

My advice to anyone taking a Justdial plan is please get every single thing in writing before making the payment. Dont just trust what the salesperson says on call because later they can simply say that everything was already explained.

Very Disappointing Experience with Justdial – Business Owners Please Be Careful

I am sharing my personal experience with Justdial so that other business owners can make an informed decision before purchasing any paid package.

A Justdial representative approached me and offered me a trial/package, explaining the charges and terms. Based on the information provided to me, I agreed to the package.

However, after the package was activated, an EMI/ECS deduction of ₹1,180 was initiated. I raised my concern with Justdial and requested cancellation of the package and resolution/refund of the amount.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a proper resolution or satisfactory response. The package is still showing as ACTIVE, and I am concerned that another EMI of ₹1,180 may be deducted in the next billing cycle.

What is most disappointing is that the sales team was very responsive while selling the package, but after the payment and when I raised a complaint, I did not receive the same level of support.

I have already sent a FINAL REMINDER to Justdial requesting:

* Immediate cancellation/deactivation of the package
* Stop of all future EMI/ECS deductions
* Resolution of my pending refund/complaint
* Written confirmation that no further amount will be deducted

I am posting this review based on my own experience and the records/screenshots available with me.

My advice to other business owners: PLEASE READ ALL TERMS CAREFULLY before purchasing any Justdial paid package, especially the cancellation conditions and recurring EMI/ECS mandate. Keep screenshots and written communication of everything.

I would personally NOT recommend purchasing a paid package from Justdial unless you are completely satisfied with the terms and cancellation/payment conditions.

I hope Justdial takes this complaint seriously and resolves my issue.

If there were an option to give negative 5 stars, I would definitely give it to Justdial.

Extremely disappointing service. I received irrelevant and suspicious enquiries, and the service was nowhere near what I expected.

The sales executive did not clearly explain the mandatory 12-month commitment at the time of purchase. Once you subscribe, even if you are unhappy with the service, cancellation before 12 months is not allowed as per the plan terms, and you are expected to continue paying.

My advice: Be very careful and understand all terms and conditions before buying any Justdial paid plan. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

Extremely disappointed with Just Dial's service — proceed with caution.
I signed up after their Area Manager promised a specific plan and lead coverage across all 162 Kolkata pincodes, with an advance payment of ₹9,983 collected on this basis. In reality, I received zero converted leads throughout the service period, and despite repeated requests, my product/service details were never uploaded to my listing.
When I raised these issues, my complaints (ticket IDs LCS-AW8O7RRH and RCS-VE7P3U58) were repeatedly marked "resolved" without any actual action being taken — no correction to lead targeting, no upload of details, no real fix. My applications and leads were eventually discontinued on their end, yet I was still expected to continue ECS payments and was even threatened with additional ECS bounce charges for a service failure that was entirely their fault.
I've paid for 3 months of ECS and received almost no genuine value from this service. Every escalation results in a phone call and a ticket closure, but nothing changes. I would strongly recommend anyone considering Just Dial to get every promise in writing and think twice before paying in advance.Still ECS default charges getting deducted after they discontinued my service

Complete fraud.
They are selling aggressively but after Sales you are gone. Dont invest a single Rs. in Justdial.

Just dial Team emotionally blackmail their clients. No use of paying leads charges , no service ... Lies to customer about recieving 5 /7 leads per day... But received 1 lead a day...
Wastage of money... Stopping the service was also rejected by them..

Later, their own team admitted on call that services aren't available in my pincode! Support agent Avadhesh (+91 8802780841) fraudulently activated listing for 1 day to fake resolution & turned it off. I DO NOT WANT their service! Refusing refund & mandate cancellation. Cyber FIR lodged (Ack: 23107260141388). Demand immediate full refund!

I was called by a madam Tabassum 10 times a day to try to sell the subscription. They even sweetened the Deal & gave some discounts. I accepted to Try 1 Month package.
They had a policy to register for Auto Subscription from Company Account. They Made the Registeration for 1 month and assured that before 1 month, If I am not happy with subscription I can cancel. The Charges were Debited. Then They said, We will take 10 Days to prepare your profile. Within the next 7 - 8 Days only the second month subscription got deducted.
I had to follow up with them 20 times atleast, to ask someone to come over and help me activate my account and tell me how to use the service. By this time 40 days had passed from the First Debit.
On their visit, they assured they will help refund the second month early debit & also that the Service should start from the day they tell me how to use to profile and I am able to access my account. Then They left and never came back. I also learn that on the 30th Day itself, they had charged me for the third monht also.

I called them constantly, but noone answered.

Also the leads quality was poor and mostly fake. Almost all numbers say, they never enquired about this.

To add to that, I somehow got to their person on call from a different number, they said that I have signed contract and they will not cancel from their end the subscription & That, they have already signed papers with me, and company will not refund anything also. Neither did they want to agree to adjust the date of starting to the day they helped me access the platform and showed me how to use, as was promised in person.

What a Fake Company.

Minimum 6 month contract , but they dont tell you about this in advance and once you ask them to remove or discontinue the service then they tell it will take atleast 3 more months to discontinue, the discontinuation process is too cumbersome and hectic, i would recommend to use something else for marketting than this.

Just dial is given a fraud number and they are dined every thing we spoke with the team but not resolution we found.please do not take any help from just dial they are scammer.7700 rs fraud is done with me after taken a number from just dial.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They make big promises during sales, but once you pay, they stop responding. Calls are ignored, emails go unanswered, and complaints are closed without any resolution or even a callback. Their after-sales support is terrible. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would never recommend Justdial to anyone.

The approach of business performing by Justdial is weird. All contact number are going to automated number though they showing direct contact with seller on the platform. Not atall trustworthy. Need to thick before engaging with their domain.

Worst experience this company is a fraud and they're scamming us buisnesses and take a huge sum of money and no customers are provided i'm submitting every month EMI and and i've not got even a single customer from it

On 5 may 2026 vimal sahu call explain told him I want two months service after arguments he agreed on 6 May 2026 irfan siddque came home and took my phone to activate just dial app and ask for adhar card and activate my ecs service with out my permission

They will constantly ask you to upgrade the package without providing any real output. Most of the leads I got were fake and some genuine leads I got were of very less value which barely covered the just dial cost itself. Just dial is not for everyone. They should actually provide a trial period first before going for contract

DON'T SIGN ANY CONTRACT—THEY ARE FINANCIAL FRAUDS!!! They are charging 25000 a year but only got a sale of 5000 rupees out of 219 leads. This is the worst ROI. I am at a loss. And when I ask them to stop the service and cancel my e-mandate, they never do that. Whenever I schedule a call for the same, they only give a missed call. This has happened 8-9 times. You are making a fool out of your customer, and this is actually financial fraud. And their ECS team says that we can't cancel your ECS. It's just that you have to forcefully pay them 2-3000 or 5000 a month, whichever plan you have taken once you sign the contract, no matter if you get a return or not. JUST DIAL IS A FRAUD COMPANY!!!!
