Received a call regarding job from justdial the hr lady was very rude from starting for no reason. She called me regarding the job... wasn't even professional. I don't know what Justdial is doing by hiring such people. The number was from Rajasthan , she lives there but was hiring north people. Such people are a disgrace to your company and reputation. I hope u verify your hirings so people like us don't have to go through such trauma.

Justdial is a well know company. Keeping that in mind I invested money in it for marketing of my company. The representative named Naseera scammed me for paying ₹6608 in advance for two months, and then after that Justdial deucted the same amount as ECS as well. On complaining, they are not even bothered to register the issue, let alone resolve it. Pls guys don't invest your hard earned money in this scam company. Beware

Justdial is, in my personal experience, one of the most disappointing platforms to invest in for business leads. If you want to spend your hard-earned money and end up with frustration, then consider Justdial.

Their team often makes big promises, including claims that the platform has been strengthened by major corporate backing and that quality business opportunities will be generated. However, my experience has been completely different.

According to Justdial's records, I have received 87 leads so far, but unfortunately, not a single one has converted into genuine business. Most of the leads were either irrelevant, unresponsive, or of no practical value.

I would strongly advise business owners to do proper research before investing. Don't rely solely on sales pitches. Evaluate the quality of leads and the actual return on investment before spending your money.

This is my personal experience, and I felt it was important to share it with others.

I took the service last month 22 nd asked to pay 4000+ initially after payment. Asked 2000+ more to activate the service. Then with in 20 days one more 2000+ emi deducted and said again next month 10 the the emi will be deducted. With on 40 days they took10000 rs . And in result received fake enquiries. Better to go for Google for business than this last 8000 for just one month of service.
This is a froud company . I am stupid to see the review and still though of trying. Never try. Even single rupee is waste

Bank Recovery (Like gangster) type process for payment. Forcefully & bad behaviour (like street goons) for EMI collection.

One of the worst business decisions I have made. I was told I could cancel anytime, but when I tried to cancel, I was suddenly informed about a 3-month notice period that was never properly disclosed during the sales pitch. This felt extremely misleading.

I spent a substantial amount of money and received virtually no useful leads. The promises made during onboarding did not match the actual results. The lack of transparency regarding cancellation terms and the poor quality of service left me feeling completely disappointed.

Businesses considering Justdial should ensure every promise is provided in writing before making any payment. My experience was a complete waste of time and money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Justdial's service and support.

When I initially signed up for the plan, the sales representative clearly told me that I could stop the ECS payment at any time with a single phone call. However, when I later contacted customer support to stop the ECS, I was informed that, according to their policy, I first had to serve a 3-month notice period before the ECS could be discontinued.

After completing the 3-month notice period, I checked my account and found that the ECS was still active. When I called support again, I was told that I was required to call once more after the notice period ended to request closure. Since I was never informed of this requirement earlier, my ECS continued, and I was asked to pay for an additional month before it could finally be stopped.

This experience reflects poor customer service, lack of transparency, and misleading information during the sales process. Important terms and conditions were either not properly explained or communicated inconsistently by different representatives. Customers should be fully informed about cancellation procedures before signing up for any plan.

I would advise others to carefully review all terms and get written confirmation of any commitments made by the sales team before subscribing.

This is a complete nonsense app and a nonsense website. Completely bogus inquiry comes. This just dial package should not be taken. This company is cheating by giving the package. If you take this company's package, then the money you paid for the package will be lost.

Shit and fraud company promoting cuber crime

Very bad experience with Justdial. I am continuously getting spam calls even without giving any consent. I only contacted a few numbers listed on their platform, and after that my phone number seems to have been shared publicly with multiple businesses and callers.

This is a serious privacy issue. Sharing users’ phone numbers without proper consent is completely unacceptable. Instead of helping customers, this platform is creating disturbance and harassment through nonstop calls.

Very poor privacy protection and irresponsible handling of user data. Would not recommend.

जस्ट डायल पर अपनी लिस्टिंग बनाना अब मुझे एक बहुत बड़ी गलती लग रही है।
ये लोग 'फ्री लिस्टिंग' का नाम लेकर पहले जाल बिछाते हैं और फिर दिन-रात फोन करके परेशान करते हैं। पहले डेटा अपडेट करने का बहाना बनाते हैं, और फिर सब्स्क्रिप्शन प्लान खरीदने का दबाव बनाना शुरू कर देते हैं।
मैंने कई बार इन्हें मना किया, कई नंबर ब्लॉक कर दिए, लेकिन ये लोग नए-नए नंबरों से कॉल करना नहीं छोड़ते। इनका बर्ताव एकदम उत्पीड़न जैसा है।
अगर आप भी अपने बिजनेस को शांति से चलाना चाहते हैं, तो जस्ट डायल से दूर रहें। फ्री लिस्टिंग इनका सिर्फ एक हुकअप है, असली मकसद सिर्फ और सिर्फ परेशान करके पैसा वसूलना है।

If you don't joint with Justdial, they will leave a negative review on your website. I got call on 13/05/2026 around 4:28pm from VAIDEHI JANGID (from Just Dial 0091 7969057544) and I had a very bad past experience with Just Dial so I didnot show interest with them. As soon as call hang, I got negative feedback to my google business. with the above name which is not our customer or never called for any service to us. That's prove that they are making trap to the customer.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Justdial. Despite opting for their paid services, the level of professionalism and service delivery was far below expectations. Commitments made at the time of purchase were not fulfilled, and there was a clear lack of accountability.

Communication has been particularly frustrating—there has been little to no response from their team even after multiple follow-ups. This kind of negligence towards customers who have already paid is unacceptable.

Overall, the service has been unreliable, unresponsive, and not worth the investment. I would strongly advise others to carefully evaluate before choosing their services.

NEVER PURCHASE THERE PAID MEMBERSHIP, at the time of getting membership they'll say that will get atleast 8-10 inquiries per day but after that u will get 1or2 inquiries in 2-3 days, sometimes 4-5 days and out of ur area then no leads when I called there customer care they said that u have to pay more money to upgrade ur plan, then only u will get calls from ur area or as per ur interest, JUST HATED THIS COMPANY,,I have wasted rs84960 on there membership for second time nd now its all up to you.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Justdial.

Even after my service period ended, they continued to deduct money from my account via ECS—despite being clearly informed (not once, but multiple times) to stop the service. This shows a serious lack of accountability and respect for customers.

What’s worse is their response. Instead of taking responsibility, they expect customers to repeatedly call and “request” cancellation—as if we have nothing better to do. If a company of this scale cannot manage basic service cancellations within their own system, then what exactly is their software and operational efficiency for?

This isn’t just poor service—it feels like a deliberate attempt to keep charging customers without proper authorization. I made the mistake of trusting them again after a previous bad experience, but clearly, nothing has changed.

Highly unprofessional, unethical, and frustrating. I strongly advise others to be cautious before opting for any paid services from Justdial.
