I have bought Amflow PL Pro for the really nice price. Free delivery took 10 days to the Czech Republic and comunication with the shop via email was excelent (thank you Miguel😀).

Les vélos électriques sont tombés en panne à Saint Cyprien et il a fallu rentrer sans moteurs... Pour se faire insulter par la personne responsable (50 ans/Peu de cheveux). Extrêmement provocateur et cherchant manifestement la confrontation physique. Il avait bien compris qu'il serait physiquement perdant et se voyait déjà obtenir un dédommagement ultérieur. Il a malgré tout fallu subir les pires injures criées dans la rue.

bought a pivot pheonix from just bikes store online and got it delivered to ireland. came in less then 2 weeks. packaged very well and comunication was great. Recommended

A pesar de tener un poco de miedo por hacer una compra a una tienda desconocida y lejos de mi lugar de residencia, la experiencia fue muy buena. Encontré la bicicleta que quería (transition spire) su respuesta fue rápida después de hacer el pago, la información acertada en cuanto al envío y su entrega antes de lo esperado. Llegó de Portugal a Bélgica en tan solo 5 días. Bicicleta en perfectas condiciones tal como se describía y muy bien embalada ( de fábrica).

Very helpful in discussing the details of the bike (PIVOT Firebird), sending additional pictures, and navigating us through the entire purchase process.
We bought the bike with delivery to Hungary - the process was seamless and exactly as agreed with JustBikes. We first received the invoice, then wired the funds, and then delivery took place as agreed.
Miguel was of great assistance - really cooperative and helpful.
The bike arrived in perfect conditon and we even received a small gift too!

When buying Fox fork I was super impressed by professional customer service (fast phone call answering and replaying to all questions and details of product). The package was shipped immediately and delivered to Poland within a week. Price was also a steal. I can honestly recommend JUST BIKES shop to anyone!

i ordered a set of forks over 3 weeks ago still havent arrived very bad service dosent reply to his contact numbers and emails addresses i have asked for taking number with no succses

The guys were responsive and pretty fast to order and ship my bike to the other side of europe. I bought a Transition Relay which i couldn’t get in any price close. bike is already landed and i’m already super scared to go to E from analogue haha. Thanks Miguel, obrigado Just Bikes!
