I ORDERED THIS IN PLENTY OF TIME TO BEAT THE XMAS GIFT RUSH, AND WAS PROMISED WITHIN 2-3 WORKING DAYS ON 21/11.
I SENT AN E MAIL ON 26/11 AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS 2-3 DAYS PRODUCTION AND THEN WITH ROYAL MAIL, WHO ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS.
I CHECKED THE ORDER PROGRESS AND IT SHOWS "AWAITING FULFILMENT"
THIS MEANS NOTHING, MOST OTHER WEB SITES HAVE A TRACKING SYSTEM THAT EXPLAINS THE EXACT STATUS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY, SO ARE EXPLAINED AND CAN BE ACCEPTED.
I AM STILL WAITING, ALTHOUGH I ASSUME THAT IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND IS WITH THE ROYAL MAIL.
I AM THINKING OF ORDERING A SIMILAR PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER WEB SITE SO THAT I CAN COMPLETE MY XMAS GIFTS EARLY AS PLANNED, BUT I DO NOT REALLY WANT TO, JUST AN UPDATE SYSTEM WOULD PREVENT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE DOUBTS.

I ordered a personalised unicorn light in October. I received an email to say it had been shipped, the money has gone out of my account but I have not received the product! When I sent them a message on Facebook, they originally said they would look into it but I never heard anything back. I have since sent 2 more messages but I am now just being ignored.
Totally disgusting service.

I would like to know if this is a scam site

I placed an order 3 months ago and to date have not received it. Initially they did reply to my emails and asked me to be patient, the order would come eventually. Now they do not reply to my emails and when I try phoning I get an answerphone where I leave a message but no-one calls me back. I do however get numerous junk emails from the company advertising more gifts for me to buy. No thank you. Refund my £50 first please. I would give this company a very wide berth indeed.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I would not even give it a star, it’s only got 1 because you have to give one. We ordered a wedding album £94, engraved, white leather. Order was promised in 2 days. 2 weeks, 5 emails (no replies) and a telephone call, which was totally a different company, later, we still had nothing. If I had not got my bank involved I would have been out of pocket.
Terrible, so far to say probably a scam site.

This company is a scam!!!! After making an order 23rd May which was apparently dispatched a couple of days later- no order arrived. I filled their online form in multiple times and emailed numerous times and had no reply from anyone. I finally emailed saying I was not happy about this as I had not heard from them and they replied and informed me my product was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund - If I did then it would take 5-10 days and it has been over 3 weeks and still no refund. Why update my order on my account saying it has been dispatched when no item has been sent?? It doesn’t make any sense this company is definitely a scam. I have tried emailing since saying I have not received my refund however I keep getting an automated email back saying my email cannot be delivered so they must have blocked my email or something so I cannot contact them. I have messaged them on Facebook too and had no reply of course. I never leave reviews but I definitely needed to leave one about my experience here to prevent people wasting their money here!!

Extremely poor customer service and Product still not delivered

I feel this company is a scam. I ordered a pencil pot on 30 June - and this was supposed to have been despatched on 12 July 2020 but it still has not arrived. It is not with neighbours nor is it at the post office. It is impossible to speak with someone at the company and no-one has replied to my many messages via the message and customer service platforms. I tried a telephone number which says on line is their head office but the number belongs to a completely different company! I have never dealt with an online company like this before - where it is virtually impossible to speak with someone or to communicate. I even tried their email address for technical queries and it came back as not existing!!! Extremely frustrated - I would not recommend you use this company.

I recently ordered a gift for my partner through just-love-gifts.com (a personalised mug and delivery charge totalling £18.98) on 1st June 2020. The order status changed to 'completed' on 4th July, having previously been 'shipped'.

I was charged for this purchase but never received the gift, and I have not missed any deliveries to my address. Despite several messages using their website's messaging service and their customer service email address, this company have not even replied to offer an explanation/tracking details/refund.

I appreciate issues can happen with delivery, but just-love-gifts cannot even reply to my customer service messages. For me this is just money lost, and I would urge potential customers not to trust this company and to look elsewhere.

Ordered a lovely keyring for my husband for Father's Day. My husband loved it. Great quality and I received it quite quickly. Very happy and would order from Just Love Gifts again.
