I'd like to take this opportunity to update my review below of Juice.
I received a response the very next day from Tayla who apologised for the miscommunication. She put things right and sent out an upgraded replacement by return post.
Everything seems fine with my new power bank, so fingers crossed I get at least a year and more worth of recharges! For that reason alone I have only given 4 stars - erring on the side of caution!

I purchased a 'Juice 3' (10,000Ah) power-bank at the end of July last year, and had 9 months fairly good use from it until one day early May this year when it just stopped working.
I emailed the company on May 6th informing them of the situation. I got a reply 3 days later asking if I had made sure the bank had sufficient charge - 'no s--t Sherlock'!!
I replied on May 10th saying 'yes, I had done the obvious'! No reply.
I emailed again May 13th - no reply. May 17th - no reply and finally May 22nd - no reply.
I think this company has appalling customer service and simply chooses to ignore customers who have genuine complaints.
I wonder what Jolyon Bennett (CEO Juice UK) thinks? Psychology degree I read, well my feelings and thoughts of Juice are pretty clear!!
My product is still within 12 months warranty so I shall be raising this with my local Trading Standards. In the meantime, if you want some advice (to reinforce the countless other negative reviews) don't buy from Juice Global!
Have two power banks from them, a fast charger and two cables. One of the cables stopped working after just under a year meaning it was within year guarantee. Emailed Juice, Gavin replied within a few days to say he had sent me a replacement via express delivery. Great products, good prices and nice service
I bought a 2 meter iPhone charging cable for ÂŁ16 from Tesco.
It looked ok but it was playing up all the time I was charging but still I never complained
Then few months later it completely stoped working
I found its receipt and sent a message to juice.
You donât get a reply from them untill few days
They sent me a label to send back and they will replace
Nothing heard from them since I sent back the cable
No reply for my messages
Very poor quality products
ÂŁ1 cable selling for ÂŁ16-ÂŁ20
And customer service or warranty wise really bad.
Lucky me I never bought any expensive item from them
I always bought Belkin items and got back to them for always,
So my advise is avoid juice products
I have had the 3m Juice iPhone charger for around a month now (bought as a replacement for my official apple charging lead that stopped working since it was so flimsy + the wire literally MELTED at the lightning port end) and it has stopped working. I was happy when I first bought it because the lead was far thicker than apple's and seemed sturdier so I thought it would last longer & it also looked good, but I was wrong lol. My experience when this charger DID work was bad too - it got HOT and took ages to charge my phone and the charge also didn't last as long as it should have. And now all of a sudden it doesn't even charge my phone. I have not updated my phone (iPhone 11) nor made any other changes that might hinder the charger from a software standpoint, so I'm here with 5% battery wondering what to do now & regretting my purchase. And I thought apple's charging lead quality was bad...
Bought 2 chargers for my nephews for christmas. I thought it would charge there phone and watch at the same time. It wont charge the phone. Tried calling and left messages, with no response. Emailed no response, facebook message guess what no response. Shame as i have other products from them that are great, just there customer service is S***!
Products don't hold the charge advertised, don't water your money. I bought 2 power banks from them directly, the juice 2 is not as described, it only managed to charge my Samsung S10 to 65% , nowhere near the 2x charges as advertised. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company and they just ignore customers and refuse to refund for faulty products.
worked for less than 4 months⊠paid £15 or so for it so i am really disappointed. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!! waste of money
Absolutely awful, don't touch this company.
Had my charger for less than two months, now refuses to charge my phone unless I physically hold the cable into the phone. Initially thought 'have I been too heavy-handed with this?', but then come on here and EVERY REVIEW says near-enough the same thing. Seriously, SCROLL DOWN.

I bought a 10,000mAh Juice power bank that claimed to charge a phone 'upto 3 times, absolutely rubbish barely enough 'juice' for one charge and I lost the receipt so can't take it back and thought it best to warn others not to buy. For comparison I have a Belkin power bank with the same capacity and that has plenty of charge enough for more than 3 cycles. Erroneously bought here as it offered a weight saving.
The powerbank I ordered was mis-advertised as one standard USB outlet and one superfast USB outlet, only the standard one is obsolete technology that isn't powerful enough to charge phones and tablets.
It's impossible to receive communications from this company by email or telephone so I can't complain to them about their product.
Wish I'd read these reviews first tbh. Terrible customer service.
Update - their untrackable royal mail postage label has led to my parcel mysteriously going missing. PayPal initially found in their favour due to lack of tracking information but an actual human being is refunding me.
If you have to send anything back, do not use their royal mail label that you can 'just drop in a post box'. A post office counter will not accept it, leaving you with no choice but to use a post box. Oh and taking a photo of you posting it is not 'valid evidence' of the item being returned. Insist on something that is trackable.
I can't believe I didn't think to check reviews before now lol I'm such an idiot.
I've now bought 5 of these and each time either the wire ends up becoming exposed or they stop working unless you physically hold the damn thing. I thought maybe my son was being heavy handed but he isn't, it's absolutely the charger cables, they are crap quite frankly.
Don't waste your money
Literally a waste of money. I only bought it because it was long. The first one stopped working after 2 months. Second one stopped working after 3 weeks! Complete joke. Almost ÂŁ20 each. Never again!
DO NOT BUY! Paid ÂŁ17.99 from Sainsbury's for a Juice XXL USB-C charging cable, it came in the shape of a "juice packet" what a waste of plastic packaging to start with.
It melted, I had it for two weeks and the charging cable melted. I woke up one morning to an acrid smell. The cable thankfully wasn't in the phone but I had left the USB plug (Belkin, good quality) on overnight - like I have done with other cables. I would upload a picture if it was possible to prove it.
I will not buy ever again!
These charges are rubbish. Me and my partner ordered 2 each of the usb-c chargers for our Samsung phones and the chargers are literally useless. They just fall out of.the plug and phone constantly, they do not charge unless you physically hold the charger in the phone. Terrible. By far the worst charger we've ever purchased. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere because these chargers are the biggest scam going. I don't know how the company is still getting away with it.
I bought the "C" charging cable. Stopped working after about two weeks. I got a replacement... same thing happened. Really expensive for a useless product.
Bought a Juice fast charger from Tesco. Waste of time and money⊠takes the same time as standard Apple charging plug! Useless! Avoid.
Any business with bad customer service is not a good one, not professional, wanted to return a charger, was told to post it with a note saying refund !?
I won a code of off McDonald's monopoly. I purchased a C wired charger. Love the colour (wish they done more) have today charged my Phone to 100%. After reading reviews so far while charging it has NOT become hot and once full charged I checked the C port and that was fine too.
Will continue to use and hope it last the test of time đ€
Absolutely awful company. Ok, it arrived very quickly, but my Juice 4 dropped all its charge as I went to use it. To return it, I have to wait for an envelope to arrive? Strange! And I've been waiting a week for it.
Just avoid this company, there's something not right about them.
***Update*** 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a refund. Waited two weeks for a return parcel to arrive, which turned out to be just a plastic envelope. Having returned the item, I've been waiting another two weeks for a refund. I've been told to wait 3 days for the refund to be processed. I paid by paypal, which I thought was instant...
If you try to ring their customer service number, you get the voicemail for 'James'. All you can really do is laugh.
I just recently bought the red charger from juice and its absolutely terrible. I have to charge my ipad at night because of the poor quality of the charger. I needed a long cable for my ipad however the brand and appearance of the item dont match the quality. I only paid ÂŁ9 online but I will never buy anything from this brand again. Its terrible.
