Unfortunately my powerbank arrived broken last Wednesday and I am yet to hear back from Juice customer service regarding a replacement, despite contacting them immediately.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The parcel hasn’t arrived nor have I had any emails to say it’s been dispatched. But I’m being asked to rate how my experience was. I believe the delivery service has either lost or stolen the parcel.
Update: The situation has escalated as Juice delivered the parcel to a random bakery 10 minutes from my address. When I notified them Marinela, from the customer service team, explained that she “just discussed this with our logistics team and we had a look on the Google maps and the address is very close to the bakery”. This is incorrect as the bakery isn’t on my road and they haven’t even delivered the parcel to the correct address. I have received no apology nor any information about how I can receive a refund or replacement items. The DPD image provided was taken in the street in front of the bakery, showing that the parcel may have never even been taken into the bakery, and could have been stolen. I won’t be buying anything from Juice again due to the lack of accountability and responses that imply disbelief and shifts responsibility onto me in a way that is unfair. The reply to this message is all for show as the customer service team have been extremely unhelpful! I would also like to clarify that delivering an item to a cafe/bakery is not a neighbour and if my address couldn’t be located, then I should have received a phone call from DPD.

The headphones didn't work when they arrived. I have tried emailing the company and they are not getting back to me. Do not use this company. I did what they asked in there reply. They wanted me to send photos and videos and then asked me to return the headphones and I can't get a refund until I do. I'm single mum and can't afford to return them. They were for my autism I will make a complaint.

Ordered 2 power banks on the 6th of May!
It’s the 16th and no sign of them. I’ve emailed customers services twice and no response.

Considering they cost £10 and upwards they are useless.
Guaranteed to stop working within a month or two of purchase.
Dive bought 2 in the last 2 months.

Not had it very long, not at all a cheap cable, i went to plug my phone in and it didnt work. I trace it back to the plig and the tip had just come off leaving the conmector in the plug which i was able to pry out. Unable to submit waranty claim. Dont buy this cheap shite.

Got the chargers but they don't always work and I got my phone fully charged up for a day of hiking so needed to use maps and at the end of the day I rind out of power and had to buy another bus ticket because the phone didn't have enough power to open and my ticket was on the phone, sometimes it doesn't want to charge, sometimes it does, I'm going to return them
