Special thanks to Samual who was amazing, I initially wanted to apply to Amex through Judopay, but instead he pushed me to try and apply to Amex directly and link my Amex MID to Judopay. This saved me money in the long run, as I got a great fee deal from Amex that I could not have obtained using a blended application. It's not every day that a salesperson takes your interests in mind, especially when nothing is available to them in return (Amex don't make Judopay money).
Mention to Ganya as well, who was responsive and helpful during the underwriting process, as well as to test the set-up and fix the limited number of initial issues.
If I had to mention one drawback, it seems a bit hard to deal in multiple currencies, unless mistaken you need to get one separate MID for every presentment currency (and pay a set-up fee), when the big names in the processing industry integrate multi-currency seamlessly.
