Great builders yard.
I’ve always found the staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful.
Their timber stock is of good quality and their prices are very reasonable and when you need delivery they are very cheap and reliably quick.

The best offer on the market, prompt delivery, item as described. Packing was a bit flimsy but not sure if the delivery courier is at fault or the store.

Staff were very helpful. Fast efficient delivery. 2nd Delivery person was very accommodating. Placed the sleepers where I could reach them without being at risk of injury to anyone. The same delivery person delivered our 3rd order of gravel and placed it exactly where I needed it. Very polite and professional. However my only criticism would be that the first delivery was made while we were not home and the 850g bags had been stacked one on top of the other thus making it very difficult to retrieve the gravel and putting myself and my husband at risk of injury due to the height. There was ample room to place the bags separately on the ground. I did thank the second delivery driver for placing the bags as he did and for being so helpful and explained what had happened previously. Apart from that I am very pleased with the service JT Atkinson have offered. Hence my 3 orders. I will definitely be using this company again.

Sorted out a return and replacement with no trouble
I ordered the wrong stuff by phone - my fault, I should have gone to the yard to see in person what I was ordering.
When I went to ask if I could change, the staff were extremely helpful, checked that the replacement I was ordering was what I wanted, and arranged delivery and collection with no trouble. Very good service.

Easy to order products at reasonable price ( do note price does not include vat). Delivery date was nextday.
Products arrived a little late time wise. Would of apreviated a heads up , but had to ring the company to ask about delay.
Dispite this I Would definately use again.
