Shower head & fittings look exactly the same as my last one,..which was Roper Rhodes.
Only bought because it was a very good new price & my last one was looking a little tired after 10 years.

I ordered a brand-new recessed gas meter box from J T Atkinson & Sons Ltd, but it arrived damaged and in completely unacceptable condition.
After I complained, the company arranged for its Yeadon branch to deliver a replacement and collect the damaged item. When the replacement arrived, it was unboxed and in just as poor a condition—as though it had also been thrown around a warehouse.
I returned the original box and refused to accept the replacement. I am now forced to order from another supplier, causing further delays and inconvenience after arranging time off work and booking a builder for the installation.
Where is the quality control? Sending one damaged product is bad enough, but sending an equally poor replacement after a formal complaint is completely unacceptable.
I would give zero stars if the platform allowed it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Top soil
Good topsoil.....the best I've had from a range of suppliers, most of whom disappointed. But this top soil is spot on, and pleased to have ordered it from Atkinsons.

Just amazing customer service
We ordered a large quantity of patio jointing grout from here, and unfortunately several tubs we found to be spoiled on opening - solid lumps instead of loose powder, rendering it unusable.
I emailed them with photos, and explained that it wasn't the entire tub contents that was spoiled, but a part of it, and so I didn't expect a full refund for all affected tubs.
Yet they went straight ahead and refunded me in full for all those tubs that were affected. This is the sort of unexpectedly great customer service that you really remember. I had never heard of this company before ordering, but will definitely be a customer with them again in future now.
