I'm not sure what is happening with the meat sticks - we order the 1kg box and the last 2 batches, the sticks have been much drier...I don't know whether they're cooked or air dried but I think there's been a change in this area - and it's for the worse. We've had our GSD on these for a number of years but we're now thinking of looking elsewhere. I will say he's still eating them no problem - but he drinks more afterwards and they just don't seem as appealing.
Also his last ostrich knuckle was much blacker than previous as if it's been air dried for too long. I haven't given it to our dog yet. If he still likes it then I will continue to purchase this.
As I say ...not as happy as I have been, which is a shame as generally I have always considered JR Pet products a good company with high quality treats. I hope this review gives them an opportunity to look into their processes.

I have the fussiest dog on the planet. When I say I think we have tried every single brand, that is no joke. My dog absolutely loves this food. He gets excited for meal times and licks his bowl clean. He also loves the 100% meat sticks. Lots of variety and delivered very quickly. Once they were out of stock of something and rather than just throwing something else in, they asked what I wanted. I love that it has a high meat content and contains nothing that my boy shouldn't have to stay happy and healthy. Great service. I will continue to use and would definitely recommend them to others.

JR products are good value for money and the quality is excellent. My dog has loved every one of the different products he has had over the last 3 years. I find the website easy to use, the products are as described, appropriate packaging and prompt delivery.

We buy all our treats from here as the ingredients are clear and the price is great. Incredible customer service, quick to reply and offer solutions like changing a particular flavour my dog is allergic to in a bundle deal. We will always order from here :)

My puppy was introduced to JRPets pate by my a dog trainer.
She absolutely loves it !
More than cubes of cheese , more than chicken, more than salmon.
Need I say more ?

Great products at reasonable prices arriving exactly when we were expecting it

The Paté Tubes are so practical to use and my Pointer loves the flavours.
I love the fact that, once open, they are fine in the fridge for a few days. Then, if you want a change or there’s too much, you can chop up the rest of the tube and pop it into the freezer. I make up bags of treats and get a bag out the night before I need them.
My dog and I would recommend them.

My dog loves the pure pate and topppers !
It’s difficult to find food for frenchies to tolerate so I’m so glad we tried JR pet products!

I buy most of my dog treats from you. My puppy and my dog love them. You dispatch very quickly and I love your special offers. Thank you. ❤️

Easy to order. Always know you're getting good quality goods for your pet.
Currently working on my dogs microbiome & keeping his treats natural. Often good deals & lots of variety

Great doggie treats 👍recommended by our dog trainer
Very good quality, my dog and loves the treats, if not a little pricy. But they do go a long way especially the pate'
😋😋😋

Easy to order, prompt delivery, great products = very happy dogs

my 2 dogs basic diet is made from 2 JR products as they never get stomach problems from them unlike rvious products.Ordering online is very simple , products arrive quickly and always kept well informed of progress .

Always a pleasure to order from you. Easy to use website, and food that Willow gets excited about. Excellent value even if more expensive than other dog food. I would rather spend more on food my fussy madam will eat knowing she is having a good quality diet.

Excellent products and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!!
