The variety they offer is amazing. Great products for dogs with food sensitivities.
The order was sent promptly and there were no issues with packaging or delivery.
My dog loves the pate and I use it as high reward for our training sessions. She also loves the natural chews they have, favourite so far are the camel braids and ostrich chips.

Wide choice of quality, fairly priced goods. Swift dispatch, with good communication.

Excellent products, good customer service and really good company to deal with.

My go to for all things food related for my dog. Good quality products that my dog deserves. I buy the complete tinned food to mix with his kibble. A clean bowl, every time. Little pricey but you get what you pay for. The premium Iberian pigs ears are my dogs absolute favourite treat. His teeth are kept nice and white due to these and they're 30% less fat than standard ears. I buy in bulk to keep the cost as low as possible. The staff have always been great to me. Delivery is tracked and never been a problem for me.

I cannot recommend JR Pet Products highly enough. Their products are genuinely 100% natural, which is incredibly important to me as a dog owner. It is refreshing to find a company that is so committed to providing natural treats without unnecessary additives, preservatives or fillers.
What really sets JR Pet Products apart, however, is their customer service. Every interaction I have had with their team has been friendly, professional and prompt. They take the time to listen, provide clear and honest advice, and genuinely care about both their customers and their dogs.
In an age where good customer service can be difficult to find, JR Pet Products consistently go above and beyond. They are a company that stands behind their products, values their customers and treats every enquiry with care and respect.
If you're looking for high-quality natural treats backed by exceptional customer service, JR Pet Products are an easy 5-star recommendation. A fantastic company that truly deserves its excellent reputation. 🐾

I was advised that certain flavours were out of stock and therefore able to message back to advise the flavour my dog doesn't like.

We always buy JR pet products and surprisingly had an issue with a product, I contacted customer services and they rectified this immediately, I cannot fault the service and the quality of the products. Our dog loves all JR products and goes crazy for them, a lovely variety of flavours and treats to keep our dog happy and rewarded. Thank you

Customer service is fantastic. Products always delivered well packaged

Fast delivery. Great products, pate always goes down well with our dog. Free toppers we're also very much appreciated.

My two golden retrievers love every single thing I buy from JR Pets.

In April I ordered Ostrich sticks as normal but when they arrived they were light cream colour instead of dark brown. Also quite soft for my dogs to eat not crunchy. I queried this and they said it depends on whether it's breast meat or leg meat.
I have ordered again this time they are dark brown, and very crunchy. They are no longer round sticks but half the thickness. So some dogs may eat them quicker. The free tin of kangeroo meat is a quarter empty so I wouldn't actually buy that product.
