We regularly order from JR Pet Products, my dog loves the pure pate line and the ostrich bones. Order processing and delivery are always prompt and I just had recent issue with Royal Mail losing half the contents of the box somehow. JR Pet Products took on the issue, sent me what was missing and I didn’t have to waste time claiming through Royal Mail. Love the product and the service, always first class!

Great quality food
Easy to navigate and find what you want. Delivery was pretty quick. My dog loved the only beef can I bought him while away, so I bought the range. It smelled of beef to me so must smell amazing to him. He ate the venison and beef, so fingers crossed he will eat the other flavours. He is a nightmare to feed so glad I know what to buy instead of cooking every night.

Buddy absolutely loves JR products
Buddy absolutely loves JR products. I use the pate and sliced sausage for training treats. I ordered the smoked ostrich fillets to try and he went wild for them. I also got 20% off the pate. He could smell the box was for him when it got delivered.
It would be nice to get more discounts for those that order more frequently ☺️
