JR Pet Products Omdömen

I have recently started 1-1 behaviour training with our French Bulldog and the trainer recommended the JR pate to use as a reward. I really like the texture of the pate which works perfectly when cut into small cubes during training sessions. The pate is solid so can be kept in pockets without leaving any mess. I will definitely buy more and will also try some of the other products. Really pleased I took the trainers recommendation.

Always speedy, efficient & reasonable priced. Their products a huge hit with our Dog, especially ostrich bones.

Our boxer Zeus loves your food he loves the meat in the tins and the complete meal soo much he loves your treats too especially the beef sausage

I have bought a few things from JR pet products, meal toppers, rabbits ears and just tried the meat sticks that have been on offer.

The dogs go mad for their products, not the cheapest but well worth it.

Went in today to cheekily see if I could have my order before I'd received a notification on the shop app and without hesitation the guy I was talking to was amazing and friendly- I can see why they have him talking to customers, he’s very accommodating and clearly an amazing character and was happy to do my order there and then. When opening the box, it all looked amazing and reg was so excited he started to sit like a meerkat to see what was in his box. Would recommend and will be ordering again!

My puppy just loves jr treats the high value are brilliant for training too. I've just had a stock up and bought some Iberian pigs ears will let you know if he likes them as much as the normal ones. Ostrich foot tendons he loves, and ostrich fillet steaks he stole the whole unopened packet and paraded them in front of me, so funny as i could read what they were as he passed me by, no worries i offered him a fishy and he gave me the packet.

Queried a product and was immediately sent replacements plus one extra by return post. No hassle, no 'arguments'. Quick, excellent customer service, can'task for more. Oh and the dog loves the products!

I was struggling to find a food for my dog who is allergic to chicken when I found JR Pet Products and just a little of the ostrich food topper on her kibble and she’s happy

The best quality and service - our cavapoo loves your treats

Ever since I stumbled across JR Pet Products years ago, it became a firm favourite with our beloved Nami. Year after year their product line grew and but still kept the same great quality. When things weren’t in stock, customer service were on it and quickly got in touch to resolve. Their Christmas advent calendar was a brilliant annual treat. Nami absolutely lost her mind when their new line of sausages came out - would do anything for one! Worth every single penny spent over these past few years. Our beloved Nami has now passed, spent her last day having the time of her life munching away on all the JR Pet treats she could have. Thank you for bringing Nami so much joy in her life.

Excellent - we had a delivery issue (outside of JR Pet Products’ control) and the customer care was spot on. So polite, helpful and supportive until the issue was resolved.

Everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. And my Fox Red Labrador, Bella adores her ostrich bones 👏👏👍
