Non delivery
I placed order & paid 12th July. I still have not had delivery. Tracking status as of 8th August saying Cardiff. It is now 20th August & still saying Cardiff. I have sent numerous emails requesting update to be told will update status & as courier to prioritise.
I truly believe this I will not get a delivery.
I would advise never use this company again to everyone.
I would like a refund for non delivery

I wished I had come onto this platform…
I wished I had come onto this platform first before ordering. My order has still not arrived and no delivery date was offered. Their advertised items look good. I was pulled in by this. I doubt the items are as advertised. Bank notified for a full refund.

My product was not as described and…
My product was not as described and they don’t adhere to their own refund policy . They offered a token refund which was a quarter of the payment price . Also watch your bank accounts as they included VAT in initial invoice and then took a second payment out of my account this they did refund

Bras Ordered
I ordered two bras XXL one fitted (although after washing it shrank). The second one, although marked XXL was far from it (roughly 2 sizes too small), I contacted them and was told the bras were both the right size and that I could either return the small at my cost or accept £5 compensation. I did the latter after many emails with them. I would not advise anyone to use this company. It also took about 6 weeks to arrive if not longer.
